Tasuline parkimine on tööpäeviti 8-18, muul ajal tasuta. Samuti meil tasuta kiire internet ning ligidal bussipeatus. Jalutage 5-minutit Riia mäest alla ja olete kohe kesklinnas! P.S. The apartment has living area with fireplace and kitchen corner, 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower and small sauna. The apartment is on the first floor and has private entrance. In the kitchen you will find a cooker, a small fridge, basic cooking equipment and tableware.

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

The newly renovated apartment is in a historical wooden house yet very close to the old town (10 min). Everything you should need is just a walking distance away – bus station, grocery stores, shopping malls, restaurants, spas, cinema etc – all reachable in 5-10 minutes!

The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking. Decent discgolf course is in the backyard!

The apartment is located 750 m from the center of Tartu and is in a new building. The apartment is located on the third floor. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home and well. The apartment comes with a free parking space in the heated garage under the building.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
