One bedroom apartment above the garage located on a 5 acre quiet lot just five minutes from downtown Kenai, five minutes from beach access and fifteen minutes from (URL HIDDEN) This unit has a new queen bed, DirecTv, Full bathroom, Private entrance & is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, silverware etc. You might notice a slight lean to the building when you arrive. Engineers have ruled the building as completely safe so please don't be concerned.

Tiny house sleeps 2, with 1 bedroom & 1 bath. This nautical-themed tiny home offers magnificent views of Cook Inlet, Twin Glaciers, Mt. Redoubt, Mt. Iliamna, and Mt. Spur, (all 3 are active volcanoes). You'll see an abundance of wildlife including Moose, Eagles, Beluga whales (seasonal), an occasional Bear and more. There is Large yard, picnic table and fire-pit to share. The Wheelhouse is ten minutes from downtown Kenai and the Kenai River.

There is parking in the heated garage with room for additional vehicles in the driveway or on the quiet street out front. The master bedroom has a queen bed, there is a double bed in the second bedroom, and the third bedroom/office has a single bed.
