This place was great to visit DC, and a much cheaper alternative to a hotel. We arrived very late and she was very accommodating. would recommend!

I enjoyed my stay here while attending a conference at the Hyatt Regency. It was quiet, clean, and convenient. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Le logement était très bien mis, à part le fait que pour y accéder il faut monter deux escaliers ce qui n’est pas pratique quand vous êtes charger,et le manque de four aussi vraiment dommage, mais sinon dans le reste appartement ressemblant comme sur les photos,consignes de l’hôte claire et faciles à appliquer,hôte très réactif, A quelques pas du logement il y a un trader joe's pour effectuer quelques courses mais il n’y a pas énormément de choix,sinon il y a un CVS un peut plus loin,la ligne de métro Froggy Bottom a 5min à pied très pratique. Mis à part ses petits détails la ville est très interessante,culturellement parlant les musée accessible gratuitement,ville très propre,ville très good vibes je recommande ce logement ainsi que cette destination. Nous avons passer un excellent séjour 😇😇.

I have stayed at David & Kathy's place before...This is a very nice apartment located near DuPont Circle and all of the exciting things on 14th Street. The neighborhood is pretty quiet and the unit is very private, separate entrance, etc. I would highly recommend this place, I plan to stay there again when I visit DC.

This is was our second time here, highly recommended! Richard's apartment is very comfortable and his attention to details what made me book this apartment again. Everything you might need during your stay is available for you. The bedding is the best thing about this apartment very soft and good quality. Bathroom and laundry room are convenient and clean. Even simple things like the coffee beans were good quality.

A great centrally-located spot. A Whole Foods and lots of restaurants nearby. The apartment had everything we needed and was very clean. We would stay there again!

We had a great stay at Khalids place. The apartment was clean and spacious & we especially enjoyed using the balcony in the evening to sit out for a drink and watch the birds. Check in / check out was straightforward and the location was good because it was only a short walk to local shops / eateries and the public park. We would stay there again.

Fantastic stay! Tran was very accommodating and helpful when we needed her. She was quick to respond and very aware of our needs. Everything was perfect, I just wanted to mention two things we would’ve liked to see improved. 1. The bed sheets and pillows didn’t smell very clean. I could tell the pillows on the bed were a little old. 2. The hallway light is always on, so at night, the light comes through which makes it a little harder to sleep. Other than that, we were extremely pleased and loved the location! Thank you, Tran!

Great location, quiet. Spacious and clean house. Well connected in terms of grocery stores etc. Host very responsive and helpful. We had a 2 week stay and it was perfect for our needs.

New construction - everything was new and in good condition. The check-in was fine, only thing was that I had to google how to use the electronic door keypad and manual lockbox. Otherwise, a nice little cozy getaway in DC!

Maggie’s house was perfect for our family getaway! You can’t beat this location. It was a quick walk to Eastern Market metro and tons of local shopping/dining options, yet the street was peaceful and quiet. We were able to spread out and relax as a family of three with two dogs. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed. Maggie was responsive and helpful from booking and through our stay. 10/10, would book again.

Excellent stay at RivahLife! The views were spectacular and the home was exactly as described. Easy to find with lots of stuff for the kids and adults. Looking forward to returning during the warmer months as the fishing, boating, and swimming would be more desirable. Thanks for the high chair and portable crib. Those things really help when traveling with kids.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

This was a great location to explore DC with our group of friends. It’s a short drive to the other areas of DC. There is are stores, restaurants, and a fantastic coffee shop/bakery nearby. The space is perfect for a small group. The beds re comfortable and the curtains block the light well. Fantastic shower in the upstairs bathroom. Great communication and details for all needs.

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

Celia’s place was great!!! It was very clean and comfortable; we definitely enjoyed our stay. Plus, there were very clear instructions and many things labeled in the apartment, along with some snacks!

House was great with space for everyone whether we gathered for a meal or game wanted to spread out. Super easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. GREAT coffee shop and a few gems of restaurants and shops-we were definitely there in off season and the town was not fully opened - lots of opportunity in the town and lots of places getting opened for the season! Would be a great place for a quick summer getaway

Es war das perfekte Apartment für unseren Städte Trip! Die Lage am Capitol Hill ist fantastisch und in 20 Minuten Fussnähe zum Capitol und vielen Museen. Es ist ein ruhiges Wohnviertel mit einigen netten Restaurants in der Nähe! Wenn ich nochmals nach Washington D.C gehen werde, würde ich wieder dieses Apartment buchen!

I would definitely recommend this property. Everything went perfectly. It was conveniently located to restaurants, shopping and the waterfront. Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans le logement de Doug. C’est un très beau logement avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains. Nous y étions à l’aise La literie est très bonne. L’environnement est populaire et il y avait des détritus surtout sur l’arrière de l’immeuble. C’est relativement calme. Le logement est à 3,5 kms du Capitol. Il a été facile d’utiliser la voiture pour nous rendre dans les différents sites d’intérêt de Washington.

We had an amazing stay.. the place was exactly as described and very close to all the main tourist spots . Great place to stay if you have young kids too.
