Old Farm is a traditional stone-built Somerset farm house, built in the 1580's, set in a quiet village, less than 5 minutes' walk to the village pub. 10 miles to Bath & West Show Ground and 8 miles to Wells Which? described Wells as a “compact but perfectly formed gem.” We are also within 3-4 miles of the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a great area for walks, cycling and traditional pubs. Bed and breakfast in village on edge of Exmoor

My house is set in a steep valley on the edge of Exmoor with views to the surrounding hills. The village has a very well stocked shop, playing field, village hall and local pub with good food. It is ideally situated for exploring Exmoor, Minehead and the coast which is only 4 miles away. Roadwater is situated on the Coleridge Way for a convenient overnight stop. There is a large garden which guests are welcome to enjoy. Another room with bunk beds is on separate listing. Breakfast is included.

17th Century Thatched Cottage

Bed & Breakfast. 2 double rooms available for the price of one in our cottage at the edge of Okeford Fitzpaine Village with a traditional cottage garden. The cottage has a sunroom that can be used by guests with Sky TV. The 2 guest bedrooms are both doubles and decorated in a cottage style. We have a separate bathroom for guests on the first floor where the bedrooms are and you have the whole of the upstairs and sunroom to yourselves. Hotub available 1 May to 1st Sept. A wide range of teas and coffees are available in the room. Free Wi-Fi. A delicious continental breakfast is included and taken in the dining room, which dates back to 1620.
