Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.

Take a break at this peaceful oasis 5 miles from Starved Rock State Park and 4 miles from Buffalo Rock State Park. The quaint village of Utica and the unique town Ottawa are also close. Ottawa has great places to dine and Washington Park in downtown Ottawa has the must see Lincoln-Douglas Debate fountain and statue.

Quaint Batavia Coach House

The Coach House is located behind our house. It is a private and separate little house. It is located close to the river path and lots of restaurants. The upstairs is one big room that has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The upstairs also has a full bath. The TV in main living area on first floor is not hooked up to cable, but you can log into all of your apps and have access to news via YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime etc.
