Noemi, was really great at communicating with me incredibly responsive I never had to wait her mother manages the place and I absolutely love her she was totally amazing! the apartment was clean had everything I needed to enjoy a full month stay it was close to the hot springs and close to my favorite medieval villages very convenient wonderful parking the place was really safe and the little village was absolutely wonderful I felt safe comfortable at home and really enjoyed my stay! I highly recommend this apartment if you're looking to be in this area and enjoy the hot springs and all wonderful back roads of Tuscany and the beautiful landscapes and The Beautiful People and the absolutely delicious food! Malgré un emplacement entre une route et une voie ferrée, ce logement reste bien calme, juste à côté d'un petit espace de verdure...Les trains sont peu nombreux et l'appartement bien isolé...Nous avons essentiellement visité les villes et villages d'Ombrie qui sont splendides : Orvieto, Spello, Montepulciano, Assise, ...et la proximité du lac de Trasimène permet des balades agréables sur la voie cyclable... Passignano attire beaucoup de touristes... C'était vraiment un beau séjour.

l'appartamento si trova nella via principale di Marta, vicinissimo al lungo lago. Appartamento pulitissimo in ogni stanza. Alessia è un'ottima padrona di casa, e fa sentire agli ospiti subito a proprio agio. La casa ha tutto ciò che serve, e sottolineo che raramente ho trovato nei vari appartamenti dove sono stato un estintore e una coperta taglia fuoco, questo fa capire quanto lei sia attenta a tutto. Consigliatissimo per soggiornare e poter visitare tutto ciò che è in zona. Grazie e ci vedremo presto.

We really enjoyed our stay in Montepulciano. The Airbnb was well located with short walks to various restaurants and shops. The town is very hilly in general, so all walks did include climbing hills. The view off of the balcony was completely unreal!!! We enjoyed watching the sunset one of our nights with snacks and wine. The host was very responsive and helpful in answering our questions. The option for included parking was also very nice! As a heads up for other travelers, the walk from parking to the Airbnb does include steep uphill climbs. So if you are physically unable to complete that challenge, the hosts’ recommendation of taking a cab to the front door would work best for you.

Joli studio dans un beau domaine viticole, idéalement situé pour visiter Florence. La literie est bonne et la salle de bain rénovée est agréable. Le seul inconvénient est l'emplacement du studio avec vis à vis direct sur toutes les voies de passage du domaine (fenêtre de la chambre directement sur la terrasse du restaurant).

El apartamento estaba genial, limpio, bien ordenado y tal como se describía en las fotos.Filippo estuvo pendiente todo el rato, y fue muy amable. Muy recomendable para volver.

Alloggiare da Deborah è stata una bellissima esperienza. La villa era come da descrizione, e molto di più: Deborah è stata sempre disponibile, flessibile e reattiva in qualsiasi orario e richiesta, ci è stata offerta una colazione con grande scelta sia per il primo che per il secondo giorno e abbiamo avuto il piacere di cenare al suo ristorante (anche quest'ultimo di assoluta qualità e all'altezza di tutto il resto), con trattamento speciale. Se capiteremo in zona in futuro, torneremo sicuramente!

Bellissima villetta situata in zona tranquilla e immersa nel verde dei campi. Comodissima per alcuni giorni di vacanza in Umbria. Salotto ampio e cucina completa. Camere curate e ordinate. Bagni spaziosi e puliti. Super consigliato, visto anche l’ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Il Borghetto di Antonella e Quintilio ci ha regalato due giorni all'insegna del relax assoluto. Tutto perfetto: dall'alloggio, al patio, agli esterni estremamente curati, alle gatte sempre pronte per due coccole. Siamo stati benissimo! A presto.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung von Serena und Giulio. Serena hat uns persönlich empfangen und war immer für uns erreichbar, wenn wir irgendwelche Fragen hatten und hat uns viele tolle Tips für die Umgebung gegeben. Alles in allem konnten wir so unseren Aufenthalt im Toskanischen Frühling bei bestem Wetter genießen. Danke!!!

Our time at Silvia's was awesome! Clean, beautiful, and quiet, but with pleasant neighbors. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Siena!

Such a sweet spot in old Orvieto! Directions to get there were very detailed and the hosts were super responsive. The garden was lovely for breakfast and of course it was just a short walk to delicious food, shopping, and all the sights. Lovely stay!!

Rita’s lejlighed indeholdt alt det vi havde brug for . Flot indretning ,- skøn gårdhave med komfortable havemøbler . Fantastisk udsigt og solnedgang fra gårdhaven. Skøn pool. Borgo stille rolig kompleks med søde beboere,- der hjalp til, da vi havde brug for hjælp til bil. Byen Ficulle indeholdt flere gode restauranter og bar Tox god til aperitif . God og hurtig kommunikation med Rita .

Alessandro and Laura’s place is very secure and comfortable. A stone’s throw from the station which made it very easy for me to get to and walk to catch an early train. I caught buses all over orbetello and argentario which was super easy. Alessandro was very thoughtful and helped me get to locations further afield with a local taxi driver. Alessandro was a charming and generous host providing old school hospitality that Airbnb started with. It was greatly appreciated by this constant traveller.

숙소가 도시 내에 편리한 곳에 위치에 있어서 근교를 다니거나 도시 네 돌아 보는데 부족함이 없습니다. 그리고 숙소에 모든 시설은 사용하는데 불편해 없도록 잘 준비 되어 있습니다. 그리고 궁금한 사항이나 필요한 정보를 성의껏 다 제공해 주셔서 감사합니다. 제가 사용 중에 세라의 물병을 파손 해서에 에어비앤비를 통해서 잘 협의 하고 마무리 하였습니다. 숙소를 사용하실 때는 그런 점을 주의해서 사용하시면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 숙소 주변에 무료 주차 공간은 요일별로 특정 시간에는 주차가 허용 되지 않으니 이점을 유의 하여 주차 하면 좋겠습니다.

L’appartamento è bellissimo, molto curato, arredato con gusto. La zona è silenziosa, tranquilla. Li ringrazio del check in rapidissimo. Avevo molta fretta. Purtroppo ci sono stata pochissimo, poche ore a notte, perché ero lì per lavoro. E’ un peccato. Merita di essere vissuto.

Adrianos place was perfect. The apartment had all the amenities that anyone might need, and even a lovely little breakfast snack and tea in the kitchen. Adriano was a very sweet host and was offering to help with anything necessary. The location was a very close walk to the old city yet was a nice and quiet location. The place itself was squeaky clean with a perfectly functional bathroom and kitchen and all the space you may want. My partner and I had a really great stay and would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in Montepulciano. Well worth the price

I stayed at this Airbnb on a farm, and overall it was a great experience. The interior was nicely decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. The hosts were warm and welcoming, and check-in was smooth. I had rented a vintage Fiat 500 from another company, and when I brought it back, the host kindly pointed out a few issues—like a small oil leak—and gave me helpful driving tips, which I really appreciated. The location is quite remote, with no restaurants within a 15-minute drive, but the scenery is beautiful. The farm itself has stunning views over wide stretches of Tuscan countryside, which was a real highlight. Driving around also let me explore hidden spots most tourists wouldn’t see. The only downside is that the room doesn’t have a view; you need to step outside into the yard to enjoy it. Other than that, my stay was lovely, and I’d definitely recommend it for a peaceful countryside escape.

Laura e Alberto sono due persone estremamente gentili e sempre disponibili. Ci hanno accolto benissimo preparandoci pane e marmellata fatti in casa. Il giorno dopo l’arrivo hanno preparato una pasta tipica toscana che ci hanno gentilmente offerto. Sempre pronti a consigliare posti da visitare. Anche Amelie è stata una parte fondamentale del nostro soggiorno🐶 Consiglio a chi vuole rilassarsi e visitare una parte della Toscana.

Great location next to fabulous Café restaurants and wineries. Maria Teresa was very responsive and helped us with a late checkout in the last minute. We would definitely recommend!
