Lambsquay House - Apartment One

Lambsquay House is a beautifully restored 300 year old Georgian Country House, located in the picturesque Forest of Dean, situated between popular tourist attractions, Puzzlewood and Clearwell Caves. A former hotel, it has undergone extensive renovations and is now home to Calico Interiors, a family run interiors/soft furnishing business, occupying the ground and first floor. The second floor has been converted into two self catering apartments with private entrance accessed via a staircase.

Here In the beautiful Forest of Dean, we are so fortunate to have thousands of acres of forest nestled between the Wye Valley AONB and the Severn Estuary. It’s a special place with a rich history, scenic landscapes, friendly people and many outdoor pursuits. Forest View Cabin is perfectly placed for exploring. At the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, it’s a peaceful hillside location set in a half-acre garden at the Old Cottage. The log style cabin enjoys panoramic views of the woods and garden.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The loft is a perfect place to stay for anyone who wants to relax whilst overlooking the glorious panoramic forest view. The accommodation is compact comprising a silent night double bed, sofa, shower and toilet room, kitchenette with microwave, fridge / freezer and TV.
