Bus routes only steps away. Laundromat, grocery store, and shopping mall are also within walking distance. Perfect setup for two, can stretch up to four with the sofa bed in the main living space. There is ample, free parking on our street.

Parks, grocery stores, everything you need just a couple blocks away. At 1250 sq/ft, there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We're experienced, thoughtful hosts. Condo Suite (1) on Bland

Beautiful A/C Condo Suite. Walkable distance to business district, universities, waterfront, restaurants, nightlife, café's, shopping and parks. Condo is for Airbnb quests only and not owner occupied ( no personal belongings will in be Condo) All pets must be approved before booking. Parking is free on street with a few limits (weekly street cleaning) posted on street signs. Parking is not an issue.
