Cottages are Keralan style and made from natural materials, designed to stay cool during the hotter months. We offer a jungle feel under our garden of palm trees. It is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 friends sharing.

The Loja (shop/store in Portuguese) on the water’s edge was a trading post. Canoas (boats) exchanged salt and tiles for farm produce. Restored, it’s now a self-contained space in the same rural waterfront setting, tranquil yet only 20 minutes from Panjim. It remains a working farm with normal farming activities.
