The Woodlands is a 2100 sq. ft. bungalow that has amenities of today while having that "old house" charm of yesterday. The home is located within 1 mile of the South Holston Dam, Weir Dam, Lakeview Dock, and the South Holston River. 12.1 miles from BMS. The South Holston River, often referred to as "SoHo” is a tailwater and is known as one of the best fly fishing rivers in the country, with a population of trout around 8,500 fish per mile according to the Tennessee Wildlife Resources Agency.

Hoss’s Tiny House

The tiny house is located behind a big garage with a large gravel parking lot. It is very secluded and quaint away from the main road. The parking area is behind at the back porch on the tiny house were you can sit and enjoy peace and quiet. We are 1 mi from South Holston Lake. 2 mi from Creeper Trail, 6 mi Main Street Abingdon, 8 mi downtown Bristol, 10 mi Bristol Speedway. We have farm animals in the fields beside the tiny house that are very friendly. All the farm animals enjoy visitors.

This lake front home is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home with amazing views. The master bedroom located on the second level has a queen bed/bathroom. The main level has 2 bedrooms , 1 with queen bed and the other a bunk room with two twin beds and one full. Enjoy the open floor plan with living, dinning and fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances . Two story dock with one available boat slip for guest use. Public boat access very close if needed.
