I stayed here with my family and I appreciate Clyde's responsiveness and clear instructsions. He had the place spotless cleaned with all the amenities. The living room AC is a little old and dust clogged which requires servicing (had stopped couple of times) but as assured by Clyde he will take care of that. Host was not pushy, gave enough space and time for everything and was always a phone call away. There was a problem with water in the society my stay was located for which Clyde was regularly checking on the update with me and the maintenance team with the same until resolution. I highly appreciate the clear communication from Clyde. The rooms were good and tidy and bathrooms were in good condition too. Overall extremely satisfied with my stay here. Highly recommend.

lovely place to stay, beach was walking distance. The house was very comfortable to stay, cozy , clean and neat.Loved the stay and next time will surely visit and stay here again.

We had an amazing stay in Palolem. The host was responsive and helpful throughout. Since we were travelling in summers, it would have been great if they had an AC in the living room as well. The property is true to the pictures and description. Thanks Shivang

5 of us stayed for 10 days and we had such a wonderful time! The apartment has everything we needed and more! The outside space and pool were lovely too. The village had everything we needed and more too! The beach was beautiful. We would love to come back!!

My stay was truly pleasant. The place is located in a calm and peaceful society, offering a relaxing environment. I especially enjoyed the pool view from the balcony. The house was well-equipped with all the essentials, and the beach was just a short walk away. The host was warm and welcoming, making the experience even better. I’d definitely recommend this BnB to others!

Location, location, location!!! We stayed at Nevis’s place for 2 weeks and it quickly became home. The bed was super comfortable and had a view to die for. Supermarkets, restaurants, doctors, motorcycle rental and grocers all within 5 minutes walk. Quiet location despite being road side. The balcony afforded both great people watching and G&T’s watching the sunsets.

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful apartment at the beach with a gorgeous ocean view. The host was very nice and always quick to help with any question we had. I definitely recommend this apartment and when I come back to Vizag one day will definitely want to stay here again!

A very good place to stay near colva. Well maintained property with awesome balcony space. Great for a 2 person stay. The host was available when ever you need and suggestions or queries. Great stay.

White Villa is great place to stay.. It's very peaceful. Beach is at walkable distance. Some local shops are also around. Zoe's Galleria is just opposite to the Villa. Finally Lincoln is a very good host, responsive and considerate.

We had a good overall experience during our stay at this property. The location is excellent, being very close to the beach, which made our trip enjoyable and convenient. The property itself is well-maintained, comfortable, and met our expectations. However, one downside is the limited availability of restaurants and marketplaces nearby. This meant fewer dining and shopping options within close proximity, which could be inconvenient for longer stays. That said, if you’re looking for a peaceful getaway near the beach and don’t mind fewer amenities nearby, this place is a great choice.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

Himanshu is an exceptional host. Here's what I liked about the place: Location: the location of the property is lovely as the terrace gives you beach view and the beach is literally just 2 minutes walking distance from here. It's peaceful, and we loved going to the beach for a walk in the evening. It's also very safe. Property: all the bedrooms are similar and kept very neat and tidy. The hygiene is taken care of, and the rooms facing the beach are super breezy! The interiors are well done too. The pool is a decent size for 15 to 20 people. There's also ample parking for upto 6 cars. The staff: the staff is hospitable and professional. They gave us our privacy but were available round the clock for anything that we needed help with. The food: We had opted for inhouse meals, and the food was delicious. I think, this is the only family friendly villa so close to the beach, and totally worth the money. 10/10 experience!

A perfect place to stay just outside the busy centre of arugam bay. A bit far to walk but easy in a tuk tuk or a rental car to the many surf spots or the centre. The house is beautiful and peaceful with areas to relax on the ground floor with friends. The highlight of the booking and what really makes it worth the money is Mita - a local friend of Nicola’s who looks after the property during the day and, if you ask nicely, can help you with anything you need. He made us an amazing bbq in one of the evenings and prepared the best breakfasts for the group every morning. Thank you Nicola and Mita! We will definitely be back soon!

Absolutely loved my stay! The Airbnb was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The area was peaceful and quiet at night, yet close to everything we needed. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and stress-free. Amrutha was a good host! She was responsive and easy to communicate, Our wi fi router had some issues on the day of our arrival so we were not able to use TV. But since it was just a family gathering we were okay without TV. Overall good experience! Will recommend and please visitors need to take mosquito repellent for additional protection. Thank you!!

The place was exactly like how it was shown in the pictures , extremely safe and peaceful . The luxury and the helpful host security guards made the stay easy and we felt just like at home

Our stay at Vizag CLASSIQUE APARTMENT was fantastic! Mr. Rama Raju was incredibly responsive and helpful, always available to answer our questions and provide local recommendations. The apartment was impeccably clean and well-equipped. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the welcome basket and the last minute we requested him to extend our hours and he accepted it without any hesitation. We couldn't have asked for a better host or a more comfortable stay.

Where to start, what a great host, cozy place, felt serenity and place like more than home. Since i booked n approached her, she was very responsive , allowed early check in. She has decorated each n every item in the apartment with special attention and theme. Right from main door till all rooms, beach theme pillows, wall decoration, special souvenirs from across the world, beach theme kitchen cabinets. The place is just few meters from beach, great views of the sun set and beach around and roof top pool of course is a main attraction.. I am thankful to her for being such a great host I would not even think to go anywhere else next time i am in Colombo .

It was a very very nice place. very spacious. we travelled with kids. so the place was so apt for us. very near to RK beach. Host is awesome. he will give you clear instructions and will keep all the necessary things for you. Maid will come every day. watchman is also very helpful. please stay hear if you visit vizag.

I had an absolutely amazing experience staying here! From the moment I booked, Abhay was incredibly responsive and helpful — going out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Communication was seamless, and every message was answered quickly and thoughtfully. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The neighborhood was safe, and ideally located — making it easy to explore the areas . We had a very pleasant stay at Paradiso. Jitendra was very friendly and guided us to the place and beyond (with nearby places to visit) The property has been very well maintained and very clean. The interiors have been done very well and it gives out extremely positive vibes. Anyone planning to have a peaceful vacation, you must visit this. The terrace has excellent views and Awas beach is a 9-10 mins walk from this property

I had a WoW experience !! Sids attention & eye on details were Super !! Be it the kitchen, the lighting in the apartment, the air cons, bedding, the living room, bathrooms, not to forget the very efficient dining table which is the Star attraction & covered car parking as it was hot outside !! Full marks to him, however there is always room for improvement.
