The Elms is conveniently in Westbrook, with easy access to Portland and the Interstate. The River Room has one queen bed, private bathroom with tub, a desk, large closet, and a view of the Presumscot. This is the most desirable room in the Elms. Historic Building, built by a renowned architect, originally served as a luxury Maine resort to entice business to the local mill. Featuring splendid carved wood features, fireplaces, spacious rooms, and a screened veranda overlooking the river.

Beach Fantasy Apartment Hotel is located in the heart of Old Orchard Beach, on the main street, walking distance to the beach, all attractions, shops, restaurants, and all entertainment areas. The Hotel offers 3 bedroom apartments with full kitchen, living room, 2 full baths, with a capacity of up to 8 people per unit. You and your kids can also enjoy many Old Orchard Beach attractions like the Beachfront Palace Playland Park, which is the only beachfront amusement parkland much more.

Haven by the Sea – Room 10 | Deluxe Queen

Each oversized, queen size guest room offers you cozy seating areas with very private and welcoming coordinated personal touches. You will love the individually themed rooms and matching furnishings. These are located on both the first and second floor of our inn. This Deluxe Queen room is located on the second floor which is accessed via a set of spiral stairs. Please call us directly before booking one of our Deluxe Queen rooms if you will have difficulty navigating this stairway.

This charming inn built in 1799 is the perfect unique spot for your getaway with family or friends. With two bedrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room to hang out in, there's plenty of space for everyone. Located on Main Street, we are just steps away from restaurants, shopping, and historic sites. We are just a short drive from the beaches and downtown Kennebunkport. Coffee is provided each morning for guests, and there is a restaurant on site.

Located throughout the second and third floors of the hotel, our Historic King rooms feature an inviting king bed fitted with French bedsheets and Cuddledown quilts and pillows. Highlighting original, historic elements, these rooms each boast a unique floor plan and offer plenty of space for guests to stretch out after a day of exploring Portland. The Elms - Lodge Room

The Elms is a historic Queen Anne Victorian mansion built in 1882 to serve as luxury accommodations for international executives and dignitaries visiting the local paper mill. Overlooking the Presumpscot River across the street from the old mill, the building retains many of its original architectural details, featuring lofty ceilings, grand staircases, exquisite woodwork, and antique furniture.

First floor room with a king bed and private porch with deck seating overlooking a beautiful marsh view. Unit is located 300 feet from sand on Crescent Beach. Room is very private and quiet and equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning, television, keurig coffee maker, daily k cup coffee, high speed wifi, and cable.
