Located just off Broadway Avenue, this is one of the most lucrative areas of Saskatoon. A short walk will allow you to explore shops, cuisine, pubs, live music, and the beautiful trails along the river. Free parking is available on the street with an extension cord available to plug in when needed on cold nights.

It is very secluded, complete with a fire table to cozy up to. The Pied-à-terre is centrally located, it’s a few blocks from downtown and the river and one block from 20th street where all the hip restaurants are.
