Hiking trails and the river walk are also close to this cozy home. Pennsylvania College of Technology, Lycoming College, and UPMC hospital are all minutes away.

It is within 5 miles of all types of stores. This apartment is in walking distance to the Crosscutters Baseball field and the original Little League baseball field. The Little League World Series Stadium is 15 minute driving time.

Great place to take it easy and get away from it all. Wood Stove is the only source of heat. If you need some guideance on how to use the stove I'd be happy to meet up and give you a crash course. Wood for heating cabin is provided. Campfire ring with some wood provided also.
