Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine große Wohnküche mit offenem Zugang zum hellen und großzügigen Wohnzimmer. Sowohl von der Küche als auch vom Wohnzimmer gibt es mehrere Türen in den Garten. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 3 geräumige und liebevoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer.

Villaen der udlejes, er den gamle inspektørbolig, helt ugenert, med egen udgang til haven. Den er nyistandsat, og smagfuldt indrettet og velegnet til en eller flere familier, der lejer huset sammen.
