Located in the hip SE Hawthorne neighborhood on a quiet residential street and at the foot of Mt Tabor, this custom house provides a luxurious and convenient studio for relaxed stays and enjoyment of all that Portland has to offer. We designed this studio specifically for visitors who want the ease and security of a private entrance, the warmth (or coolness) of radiant-floor temperature control, and comfort. Welcome to Andy’s home. Here you will find a clean cozy half basement guesthouse with everything you need when traveling with family and friends - full kitchen, washer, dryer, street parking or off street parking. It is a half basement level so usually a little colder. Convenient location near public transportations. Short distance to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping malls, movie theater, bowling alley. 17 minutes to downtown and 15 minutes to airport by car.

Our basement has been newly renovated. Brand new bedroom, beautiful bathroom and living space. The living space includes a 57” Smart TV and couch. The wet bar features a mini fridge, sink and Keurig Coffee maker. The bedroom has 1 queen sized bed with hotel luxury 1800 bedding sheets, a dresser, full length mirror and natural light window. Our house is centrally located with dozens of restaurants, bars and coffee shops just a short walk away!
