Welcome to your enchanting Carriage House nestled on the historic grounds of Layton Castle in Monroe, Louisiana. This spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat combines timeless charm with modern comforts, making it ideal for couples, families, or anyone looking for a unique, relaxing getaway. More than 4 people can stay on air mattresses, chair beds for an additional fee. FYI - the bath tub is a large jacuzzi downstairs so can be difficult for people who have mobility issues getting in & out.

Storybook Castle BnB

Sheldon Castle is a registered Baldwin County Historic home. It is a unique, artistic structure right in Fairhope but secluded on a side street. The Eastern Shore Art Center is down the drive and across the street. From there you are in wonderful downtown Fairhope. The studio suite is a completely private part of Sheldon Castle with the Sheldon descendants in the rest of the home. Mosher Castle with a moat and dragon is next door. Our guests are invited to walk the grounds of both castles.

Experience the charm of our historic carriage house, built in 1894. It was once a haven for the carriages and horses of the Lambermont Estate. Over the years and through multiple owner modifications, the original structure was lost. Fortunately, over 3 years of renovation we carefully reconstructed the façade to its original structure, utilizing the authentic brick bringing forth a true historic beauty. Now, we welcome guests to overnight accommodations as a second-floor apartment.

This beautiful suite offers a King Bed with awesome views. It also comes with access to the one of the main towers for a breath taking sight of North Carolinas mountains. The bathroom is fit for Royalty and even has a gorgeous bathtub for you to relax. You also get a moon roof and plush comfortable bedding. Step out and you have a forward view over looking the portico. This suite is one of the best in the Castle.

Redwall Castle in Germantown, MD (Washington, DC)

Redwall Castle (built in the 1930s) is located in Germantown, Maryland (22 miles northwest of Washington, DC). You’ll love our unique home because it is a dream come true place. It is excellent for families (w kids) and groups. The castle is made of a main house and a separate carriage house. The main house has 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, and is for rent. The carriage house is used by the owner.
