Large house in a quiet location , ideal for family gathering . Kitchen was well equipped which made catering easy . No camp cot or high chair but we bought our own . Thankyou

My son and his family stayed at Andrew’s property while they were visiting us from Australia. It is a fabulous property. Clean, comfortable and, with the log burner going, very cosy. Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very comfy beds and the little ones loved the bunk beds. Lots of little extras including books, games, logs for the fire and even a BBQ. Ideally situated with shops, cafes and the local market all within walking distance. The railway station is nearby and and the M6 less than 5 minutes drive. Andrew responded to a couple of minor queries almost immediately. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending and would definitely use again.

Awesome spot just away from the promenade. Safe area and easy to get to. We used it as a base for the Blackpool marathon and was perfect for all we needed 👍🏻

We really enjoyed our stay In Cleveleys, the house is in a great spot, close to the beach and within reach of all of the amenities the town has to offer.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely home in Lytham, using it as a base for a dance competition. The house is beautiful, full of thoughtful touches and attention to detail. The area itself is just as charming and we only wish we had stayed longer! Mark was a fantastic host—great communication and full of local knowledge. Would highly recommend this little gem. Safe to say, we’ll definitely be returning.

Great house for extended family gathering. Quiet location with easy access to the city and nearby parks and cafes (& the fabulous Lark St) Ample street parking. House stylishly decorated and stocked with tea/proper coffee and everything required in a working kitchen. Very pleasant outdoor courtyard area perfect for morning coffee in the sun! (& there was sun!!)

Amanda's place was perfect as a base as we attended a church convention over the weekend. The house was welcoming and cosy and had unique furnishings which we loved. Plenty of room for us all to have a bed each and great to have two bathrooms amongst four women. Amanda's instructions were clear and understandable, thanks for making our stay easy and for letting us know one of us had forgotten our makeup bag! Definitely recommend.

Georgia is great, helpful ,very quick to answer any queries. Caravan as described,clean ,tidy and Everything we needed there so no taking massive of stuff... Plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 kids. 2 nights. Comfy double bed Kids thought it was great that there was toys and puzzle books to do. Easy to get to any part of Blackpool, Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Blackpool. . We had one disappointment and this has nothing to do with Georgia s van but Haven themselves we were there for 2 nights and intended to get the 3 day pass as kids are swimmers however prices are not what is shown on line if you are staying in a private van. We did not buy the passes and did the zoo instead.Blackpool Zoo was brilliant and worth the price . Thank you again Georgia for your caravan🌞🙂

We had a lovely weekend away at A’s place. The house was easy to find, had good and private parking and was very spacious (bigger than it looks on the photos!). The beds were really comfortable and the living room was super cosy. The kitchen was also great and had every item you would need for self catering. The cleanliness of some of the glasses, plates and pans was not 100% and we did need to hand-wash a few items - I think this could be due to the dishwasher. The pool was great, we visited in January in the snow and were able to swim every day. A was super friendly and informative at check-in and gave us some local recommendations. Thanks for having us!! :)

Had a lovely weekend stay at the hobbit. Great facilities,lovely and clean. Fab hosts. Extra special touch of hamper gifts and flowers. Lots of useful local information. Very pet friendly. Had a nice swim in the pool. Would recommend and return. Clare Paul and Ollie

We booked last minute on Friday for our BH stay. The caravan is beautiful and private with gorgeous views over the Ribble valley. Julie and Faye were so responsive in their messages, I asked a LOT of questions haha but they were so helpful with lots of recommendations of things to do. The caravan is clean and has absolutely everything you need and more. We really loved staying there and will be booking again soon. Don’t think twice about booking! The decking facing the views was such a treat! Thanks Julie and Faye for a really lovely peaceful weekend! x

This caravan has everything you need and is clean and comfortable only thing found strange was contacted James who has taken over the caravan which made no difference to our holiday just think should of been notified by Lisa of change

Lovely stay. Everything you need. Clean and tidy. Beautiful views and very peaceful. Short walk to the reception and pool. Lovely to sit outside on the decking area. Kids loved the pool. Which was very clean. No toilets near the pool area at the moment, which isn't good when you need to go. We were told the pool was free but we had to pay. Which works out a lot when paying for adults and children. I think that is the holiday park rules though. Longridge was a few minutes drive and had many pubs and places to eat. Also has an excellent park for children. Enjoyed are stay and would definitely stay again.

Excellent host, great communication, very responsive and helpful. The accommodation was lovely with great parking and in a lovely location right across from the beach. The pool and hot tub were superb. We appreciated the welcome hamper too.

Audrey’s home is beautiful, unique and downright amazing- the sea is right outside your windows, the sunsets are awe inspiring, and the home and yard are welcoming and comfortable. It is close to the Wirral way walking path, but also handy to shops and restaurants. I hope we can come back to stay again!

Great little flat, with lots of charecter. Easy to find and park. Loved the shop idea, we were eating buffet at a party later that night so did not want a big tea, we thought lets get settled at the flat then nip for food, well we did not have to as Alison had supplied us with lots of freebies plus a well stocked freezer and cupboard with food to buy, a little shop in the flat, amazing idea. Will Definitely stay again

Great place to stay - some nice restaurants and pubs We used it to commute down to aintree in Liverpool, train was around 45 mins. Comfy space, easy to find and was perfect for what we needed

My wife and I have literally just had the best couple of nights and days ever in the most beautiful bungalow/cottage in a fantastic location. Welch Cottage was the perfect holiday home. The property was spacious, exceptionally clean and located off a pretty, leafy lane. The kitchen was a joy for a large family to prepare meals together. Lytham St Anne's was forty minutes away and had everything a young family needed for fun days at the beach and was remarkably free of litter. The Forest of Bowland was peaceful, beautiful and unspoilt. Thank you, we hope to return.

We didn’t want to stay in town and needed free parking, so that’s how we chose this booking. We loved our time here! So convenient to the train, the supermarket, and laundry (washme machines), all walkable; public transport is very nearby into Liverpool. Off-street parking in the driveway was an added bonus. So much space inside and seating outside too in gardens, if weather allows (which it did). Great internet…cosy heating…tasteful apartment with lots of linens and kitchen supplies…helpful and engaging hosts! Extremely quiet neighbourhood and the apartment itself is very peaceful. Book with confidence. Go!

Victoria was a great host and replied quickly to any questions I had. The location of the property couldn’t be any better as it’s only 5 minutes walk into town. Also 5 minutes walk to train station too. The property itself has everything you need, beds were comfortable and we were left a little hamper of treats and a birthday card for myself which was a nice touch. I would recommend staying here.
