Расположен на огороженной территории комплекса "Реrlite". Оборудован всей необходимой бытовой техникой, постельными принадлежностями, посудой. На территории комплекса можно бесплатно пользоваться бассейном и местом для парковки автомобиля. Уборка осуществляется через день, смена белья 1 раз в 5 дней.

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
