PARKING IS ON THE MAIN ROAD ONLY, approx 200m walk away. The private lane is only for short drop-offs. Self-contained annex on the edge of BS5. Close to main transport routes and local amenities. It is ideally suited for a single person on a longer stay or a couple on a shorter stay. The bed is a small double at 4ft wide. The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

We are on hand to solve problems, but more often than not you may not actually see us at all.

A creative and airy self contained annex in the popular neighbourhood of Fishponds in East Bristol. The annex contains a bedroom with double bed, a living area, kitchen and dining area with separate personal bathroom. The dining table is a small two seater table which could double as a work space. The house is a 15 minutes walk to lively Fishponds road with plenty of choices of restaurant, cafes and pubs.
