This home is on a family farm in Spencer County, IN, just 15 minutes from Holiday World. It boasts open areas both inside and outside for family and friends to spend quality time together. We invite you to watch the cows graze and view the sunset from the back porch. Although the home is located on a rural gravel road, we are fortunate to provide fiber internet/WiFi and city water. This house converts from an 8 person (upstairs only) to a 12-14 person (add 4 beds, bathroom, additional kitchenette, and washer and dryer).

Entire lower level of Winter Haven B and B.

We are an organic farm located on 27 acres of mixed field and forest land. Bees have made a home here as well with multiple hives throughout the farm. We are a family home with two small indoor dogs playing in the main space, and three friendly outdoor cats. The rented space is located in the lower level of our home. It includes two bedrooms, a game room, and a kitchenette. A stone and gravel path leads to eleven steps and the private entry door.
