Each of the five bedrooms has its own dedicated full bathroom, making this perfect for a large group or couples' getaway. Situated near Louisville and Bardstown, you have quick access to over 20 distilleries, as well as quaint downtown areas and Taylorsville Lake.

Edgewater Resort, 20 minutes from Louisville, is Taylorsville Lake's premier vacation spot, tucked away in a gated community with over 163 acres that overlooks the marina. Within walking distance you'll find a community pool (seasonal) with a sand volleyball court and a fire pit. This two-story cottage sleeps up to 10 guests and showcases a master suite with two private balconies and a jetted soaking tub. You can also hang out on the private deck out back equipped with a 4-person hot tub.

The Gathering Place is the perfect place to get away and gather with family and friends. The resort is located conveniently between Bardstown, Louisville, and Frankfort on the Bourbon Trail. Located on beautiful Brashears Creek in the heart of Bourbon Country, this loft style cedar cabin makes a great central location to visit some local distilleries and wineries. It is also a great place to stay for anyone who might be in the area for a horse show or interested in antique shopping along Shelbyville's historical Main Street. My personal favorite thing to do at the cabin is enjoy the creek. The water level fluctuates significantly depending on the amount of rainfall received.

It's not perfect, but our guests find it charming and sufficient. You'll find the home exactly as described with the offerings and expectations. Rest, relax, and recharge in a gated community overlooking Taylorsville Lake. Don’t be another hotel's customer when you can stay in a spacious home with a Jacuzzi J-235 hot tub.

This brand-new one of a kind geodesic dome is located on a private road that leads you to an overlook featuring one of the most beautiful countryside views in Kentucky. While this getaway experience is nestled deep in the woods, it is also a close drive to all the conveniences you can imagine.
