Dear guests, this cosy and clean apartment is located in heart of Brno. Apartment is facing inner side of building, so it's very quiet and safe. Inside you can find everything you need for your stay. Things like fast wifi internet, Apple TV, queen size bed, bathroom with shower and bathtub and more. Kitchenette is equipped with fridge and freezer, oven, cooker, Kettle and other necessities. Thanks to its location everything is within walking distance. This place is great for all travellers!

V koupelně je k dispozici rohová vana i sprchový kout. Kuchyně je vybavená troubou, lednicí, mrazákem a indukční deskou. Je zde TV, skříně, gauč, křeslo, pracovní stůl, stolek). Parkování zdarma v objektu (průjezdem do vnitrobloku pohodlně projedou malá a středně velká vozidla). Jsou zde předplacené aplikace Netlfix a Sledování TV.

The apartment is located on Pellicova Street, directly below the park and Špilberk Castle. The apartment is small (30m2), but cozy and newly renovated. There is a bunk bed for two and a sofa bed for sleeping. The internet and basic necessities, such as towels, tableware and toiletries, are a matter of course. You can watch NETFLIX and NEWS! The owner lives one floor bellow, so it is possible to contact her without any problems if necessary. The main centre of city you can walking (5-6 minut)!

With windows facing the street, the studio is bright and airy, but it may not be the best choice for light sleepers. A perfect option for travelers who want to be in the heart of the city! 😊

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The apartment is located in city center , yet in very quiet surroundings. Spilberk park/castle is just across the street. Parking is possible just next to the apartment building, on weekends parking is free. For short term parking on weekdays, I can try to manage free parking for you.
