No. 11 is located in the heart of the old town of Matera, the Sassi. The breathtaking view has been featured in several films, such as James Bond, the Passion of Christ and Ben-Hur. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !

La Casa dei Pargoli Junior

Un appartement accueillant idéal pour les familles avec enfants. L'appartement est situé à 400 mètres des Sassi Di Matera, à quelques mètres du centre historique et à proximité de toutes les activités. L'appartement dispose d'un lit double, d'un canapé-lit pour deux personnes, d'un canapé-lit, d'une cuisinière à induction, d'un four électrique, d'un réfrigérateur. Le climatiseur coûte 15 euros par jour. Le lave-linge portable coûte 10 euros par jour. Le chauffage électrique coûte 5€ par jour.

Una casa di campagna, tanti ulivi, quiete e serenità; la tua vacanza nella Country House La Spineta sarà una piacevole sorpresa. E' un po' difficile trovarci, infatti siamo a 15 km dal centro abitato, ma la casa è comunque dotata di tutti comfort, piccolo giardino, cortile esterno arredato nei mesi più caldi. Ottima soluzione per soggiorni familiari in primavera-estate, ma affascinante anche nei mesi invernali quando è possibile seguire la raccolta delle olive e la trasformazione in olio.
