Split : locations de maisons de vacances

We hebben een fantastische tijd gehad in dit huis. Het ligt op 5 kwartier lopen van het centrum, dus dat is wel veel. Je kan de bus pakken voor 2,5 pp of een uber busje vanaf 12 euro totaal. Was top. 5 minuten ervandaan is een grote supermarkt. Echt alles wat beschreven stond was aanwezig. Er zijn af en toe kleine gebreken, zoals 2 douches die niet goed werkte bij ons, maar de volgende dag kwam hij meteen om het te maken. Toen we aankwamen stonden er ook wat welkomstdrankjes en hapjes in de koelkast. Ook had hij voor een jarige een fles drank, een taart en een kaartje gebracht. Superlief allemaal.

10/10 for everything! This place was amazing and we would highly recommend for larger groups. We were 11 people and it still felt spacious and has plenty of bathrooms. Ela was the best air bnb host I have ever dealt with, extremely helpful and kind. The pool and outdoor area is very well maintained and the bbq out the back was a real bonus. You can get Ubers into split for about €15 which was really handy and the local village has two food shops & some great restaurants. We particularly liked the Familia restaurant! Thank you for the best week, we will be back :)

Wir waren zu 6 und es war genug Platz für uns alle. Die Zimmer sind super schön und alle mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die Badezimmer waren super schön und mit Warm Wasser ausgestattet. Eine wunderschöne Küche mit Utensilien zum selbst versorgen, mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank. Anlange hat auch einen Pool und Grill. Zum Vermieter super freundlich ist auf alle wünsche und Anregungen eingegangen, wir hatten unsere Privatsphäre und konnten so gut wie alles machen was wir wollten. Immer wieder

petite maison sympathique et la piscine très bien. Tous le nécessaire de toilettes, cuisine et linge de maison été inclut. Kristian le fils est très réactif et très aimable. La maison se situe à côté d'une rivière. Commerce a proximité.

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful and beautiful location but within very easy distance to Split and beach by car. Marina was a friendly and generous host, always a text away for any advice or queries. She advised on easy parking in Split, favourite beaches, supermarkets etc The house was spotless and very well equipped. Ideal for families but equally for a small group - warm pool and jacuzzi, dining inside and out, badminton, table tennis, football goal and balls, swing. We picked cucumbers, peppers, aubergines, figs from the garden and collected eggs from the chickens. There were too many eggs so Marina made us Tiramasu with them which she brought over mid week when she came to make sure the pool was clean. Nothing was too much trouble.

What a hidden gem. Mario was flexible for us to leave our bags as we arrived early on the day of arrival. He was very responsive throughout our stay, with recommendations and any help we needed with the villa. The villa is exactly like the photos and is very private. We walked into Split Centre along the coast road which took an hour and had numerous cafes and beaches along the way. Ubers were efficient and plentiful and helped us to get us around. €7 to get into the heart of split/old town. Do not use local taxis! we were charged €47 for a journey that cost us €7 in an uber!! The villa has a perfect layout for two couples or families and we loved the two different sides to keep things private. The kitchen was stocked every utensil.and cockery, etc you could think of, as well as the outside eating area and outside oven. The pool was spotless, with Mario coming to clean it, he contacted us first to see if it was convenient. There is also a little back gate down to the beach.

Wow! A lovely villa, with spectacular views. Inside it is modern, well equipped and very comfortable. The outside area is incredible, with a beautiful pool and lots of space to enjoy the sun. There are views of the sea on one side, and mountains on the other. A very quiet, peaceful and secluded location that is not overlooked. Only the mountain goats can see! A perfect place for couples looking for privacy. Valentino was a wonderful host. Very quick to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and always keen to make sure we enjoyed our holiday. He visited a couple of times to tend to the pool and check we were happy with everything. The only drawback to this place is also the main benefit - its location. It's good to be away from everyone and have great views, but that requires a 10-minute drive along a narrow winding road to get to and from the nearest town. You soon get used to it, and after a couple of days you can tackle it like a local! Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at Ante and Ivana's beautiful house. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the beautiful views. The place was very clean and Ante and Ivana were very prompt with their responses, even messaging during the week to see if we needed anything. We also really appreciated their welcome treats. There was a slight delay in check in as there was a miscommunication with our uber driver and meeting hosts (as we arrived later in the evening) but once in, there were no issues. The family of tortoises was also a highlight. Location wise there is a local shop and cafe nearby and Ubers are easy to use. Town is a 15-20 min drive away and klis fortress is 20 ish mins which is well worth a visit. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend!

Helt fantastisk beliggenhed i rolige omgivelser. Absolut værd at besøge hvis man skal mange afsted sammen. Dejligt med mange værelser og badeværelser. Perfekt hvis man vandre da der er mulighed direkte fra huset. Gode shoppingmuligheder og gode museer og kulturseværdigheder. - der er noget for enhver smag. Let at køre til ca. 20 min fra lufthavnen i Split. Perfekt sted hvis man har børn eller teenagere med på rejsen. Gode parkeringsmuligheder

A great villa. Really close to a lovely stretch of coast, the pool and front garden catch the sun for almost all of late morning and the afternoon. Ana is super responsive if anything goes wrong and even came at 23:30 at night for one issue.

Wir, eine siebenköpfige Familie, waren für zehn Tage in diesem traumhaften Haus. Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft herzlich empfangen und haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Wohnungen, die wir gemietet hatten sind sehr modern, schick und in einem außerordentlich guten Zustand. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und gastfreundlich. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Was uns Anfangs etwas irritiert hat war, dass die beiden Wohnungen keine Verbindung untereinander haben. Das hatten wir nicht auf dem Schirm, haben aber eine für uns gute Lösung gefunden. Die Lage ist toll, man ist schnell in Split oder in Trogir und alles was man braucht ist in 5-10 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Fußläufig sind auch einige gute Restaurants. Das Meer und eine sehr gute und günstige Bäckerei sind direkt vor der Tür. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wundervollen Aufenthalt und die Kinder haben den beheizten Pool geliebt. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden sofort nochmal buchen.

Casa molto carina in un posto tranquillo. Miro e Ana sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili. Consigliatissima

Wie durften eine Woche das Haus von Dragana genießen. Die Kommunikation war immer sehr gut und freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und sauber, schöne Schlafzimmer und neue Küche. Das Highlight ist die große Terrasse mit Pool von welcher man direkt zum Strand gehen kann. Die Unterkunft ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir haben uns in dem alten Steinhaus, das aussen saniert und innen modernisiert wurde, sofort wohlgefühlt. Wir mochten die großzügige Terrasse mit dem phantastischen Blick über das Meer bis zu den Inseln. Der Innenbereich ist größtenteils mit wertigen Massivholzmöbeln ausgestattet. Auch sonst lässt die Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Der Schlafbereich unterm Dach wirkt gemütlich, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Insgesamt gefiel uns die ruhige und sehr private Lage des Hauses. Es gibt ein paar Restaurants, die zu Fuss erreicht werden können. Uns hat das Konoba Argola (unbedingt mindestens einen Tag vorher reservieren) mit seiner schönen Terrasse am besten gefallen. Die Bergstraße mit ihren engen Haarnadelkurven ist ein wenig lästig, aber es gibt genug Ausweichmöglichkeiten entlang der Strecke, ausserdem begegnen einem nur sehr wenige bis gar keine Fahrzeuge.

Lovely stay at Damir’s house in Stobreč. We loved the outdoor terrace that overlooks the sea and we ate most of our meals out there. The wood fired grill featured was lit and operated by Damir’s Dad who lives directly below it. He was very kind and cooked our fish and chicken to perfection. The terrace is across a small road from the house so we had to be careful coming out of the front door which opens right onto the road. Damir met us on our arrival and helped us to park our hire car. (Parking outside the house is tight but there is an alternative parking place a short walk away.) He showed us around the house and then around the town and sent us helpful links to restaurants and places to visit in the area. Damir was a great host and responded quickly to our messages and queries. Stobreč is a great location within easy reach of Split but much more peaceful. Swimming off the rocks is available right by the house and beaches are nearby within a short walk. Great Holiday!

We had the best stay in Croatia at this Airbnb. The garden is beautiful, you can always have a swim in the river. Also our dog loved the place so much. The owner Miro ist one of the greatest people we have ever met.

Siniša apartment was exactly what we needed for a relaxing and peaceful holiday, the apartment is modern, very clean and tidy and had everything we needed. We immediately felt right at home. Shops weren't too far of a walk, and anything drivable was easy to get to with Uber. Trogir was easily our favourite place over Split but we found many unique gems walking along the coast. I will definitely book again when I can!

Wow, wow, wow!!! We absolutely loved this house and had an amazing time in beautiful Croatia. It is the most well-equipped Air BnB we have ever stayed in. The house was spotlessly clean, the furniture and fittings were perfect. The kitchen has everything you need, and more, to cook with, and there’s a large BBQ outside. The bedrooms are large, extremely comfortable beds, air conditioning, shutters, balconies in every room. Great bathrooms. The pool area is fabulous with 8 loungers, all with towels supplied and mood lighting. And the garden where you can help yourself to fresh vegetables. The games/movie room was brilliant. We played pool and table tennis and watched some films – a really great feature of this property. We had the most amazing time at this house and we didn’t want to leave! We cannot recommend this property more highly or our amazing hosts enough. Book this house for your holiday, you will not be disappointed. This is a 10 out of 10 property – loved it!!!

The perfect break for our baby’s first trip abroad. The best hosts we have ever encountered on Airbnb, lovely people who make you feel very special and go above and beyond. The house and pool is even better than the photos, we were very comfortable and enjoyed the local area but also benefiting from peace and quiet as the location is secluded. Would definitely recommend.

Tout s’est très bien passé. Josip était très disponible pour répondre à nos demandes et répondait très rapidement. Il s’assurait régulièrement de notre confort et nos besoins, ce qui était très appréciable. Le logement était propre et complet, nous avions tout ce que nous nécessitions. Il y a un arrêt de bus et un supermarché à 5 minutes à pieds. Il n’y avait pas de bruit. La climatisation était vraiment utile et refroidissait la pièce rapidement. C’est un logement que nous recommandons totalement !

Unsere Tage in der Unterkunft waren wunderschön! Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und uns wurde direkt alles wichtige gezeigt. Vinko ist ein toller Gastgeber und konnte uns gut mit Unternehmungen und Restaurants in der Nähe beraten. Wir hatten eine ganz tolle Zeit, ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen, der nächste Supermarkt und Restaurant sind circa 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt. Das Haus ist umgeben von vielen Olivenbäumen und die aussieht auf die Stadt einmalig! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Luka"s place was an amazing stay! The drive to it is an adventure but well worth it. He was very helpful with any questions we had and responded right away. It was my wife's birthday and he left us bubbly! Very thoughtful. He has thought of everything that could make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Luka!
