Studio apartment. We sanitize all surfaces and wash blankets in addition to linens. You may check in without contact with hosts. Covered parking, no frost on windows. Ten minutes from downtown. Private entrance and private patio. King size comfortable bed. Great shower with new hot water heater, plenty of hot water. No smokers, no partying; we ask for very quiet after 10:30 (but late arrivals are fine!). Please no romantic rendezvouz. (but we're happy if you have sex that's not too noisy. :)

Located in a quiet neighborhood close to downtown, this private apartment has all the amenities close. Sunny and open, this is a large space, and is perfect for longer stays. Smoking permitted outside, green friendly same rule. Owner lives on the main floor, so security is not an issue. Coffeemaker (and coffee), microwave, stove/oven, washer/dryer all included. Antenna tv only, so bring a Chromecast or Firestick to plug in! I use physical keys, so let me know the general time of your arrival.
