Welcome to Spokane! This basement studio apartment is centrally located close to the airport, downtown and Spokane's regional hospitals. The Cliff/Cannon neighborhood streets are lined with well kept, classic older homes. Within walking distance to two different grocery stores, a few restaurants, and a small shopping plaza with a hardware store, laundry, and the best local market in town, Huckleberry's which has a cafe, juice bar, and deli with dine in seating. Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you.
