Call it your home for a night or for an extended stay. It is beautiful no matter the time of year.

We invite you to the 1st floor of a newly renovated 1800's home near the square in downtown Troy. The Troy square is home to many lovely local restaurants and coffee shops. You'll find all the modern amenities you need at the Troy House to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. Boom's Farm, coffee, tea, and fun.

We have a 1000 sqft two bedroom basement apartment ( 12 steps) with a separate entrance, full kitchen, with a gas fire place and one bathroom. Ten acre farm with cows, dogs, goats and chickens. Collect the fresh eggs from the hens and feed the animals. Yellow Springs is near by. Buck Creek State Park and lake is within a 10 minute drive. Bring your boat we have plenty of parking available. No parties are allowed on this property!
