We had a truly lovely stay, and I must say, Rishi is an exceptional host. He went out of his way to ensure that we were comfortable in every possible way. His suggestions for places to visit, dining, and shopping were always spot-on and reliable. The property itself is stunning and well-maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. If you're looking to unwind and escape the hustle and bustle of the city this is the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

We were a party of 12 returning from a trek and Khalid's place was the best choice for all of us. We felt right at home throughout the stay. Khalid had called me right after booking the property and informed about dinner and breakfast availability. I am glad he called because after an exhausting week, we were treated with great food and beautiful property. Our friends have bookmarked this property to share with their friends. I am grateful to Khalid's staff to have made us feel at home.

Heeven Villa offered a charming and peaceful stay for us. Nestled amidst scenic surroundings, the property provides a cozy atmosphere with well-maintained rooms and warm hospitality. We appreciate the cleanliness of the villa and the comfortable accommodations that make it feel like a home away from home. The staff is courteous and attentive, always ready to assist. The villa’s location is convenient for exploring nearby attractions such as Dal Lake, Mughal gardens, and local markets. Mr Rouf our host plays a big role in making Heeven Villa more than just a place to stay .... they turn it into a warm and inviting experience.

Shubhangi and azhar have been helpful since the beginning rite from answering to my queries before the payment till the check out time. the place is as it seems in the photos. beautifully designed cosy little cottage it is. the river flowing jus at the edge of the property is the USP. when we were there it was full moon that night and the view during the day and night were mesmerizing! the host and his staff were very hospitable and tended to all our needs jua like their family members. this property is definitely getting added to my list of favorite Airbnbs!! however, all the 3 washrooms require some maintainance.

The sunvilla is a great property to stay if you are in a group of around 10 members, 4 bedrooms with dining and hamam area with wonderful garden outside is a lovely experience, just 1 thing is missing there that is paid kitchen which i felt little disappointing as every BNB includes it but they clearly mentioned about that so not their mistake. Overall everything was great there and Mr. Faisal is friendly supportive man taking care of the guests very well.

The place is a little far from Srinagar city but if you’ve your own vehicle - it’s the best deal one can have in Srinagar. Very responsive host and caretaker and very well maintained house

Wonderful stay and The finest host ever met.The property is very close to Srinagar Airport.Walkable distance to all necessary amenities.The most important part is The Great host.
