TWO MINUTE WALK to the beach. After purchasing this lake home in 2024 we carefully renovated it. The kitchen, dining room and living room (with wood-burning fireplace) are open-concept. A large 3-season sunroom spans the front of the house. Each bedroom has fresh linens, down comforters and electric heat control. The back yard is private, well-treed and fully fenced, with a firepit. Sandy beaches, miles of walking trails and in winter, ice fishing. Our beach town is a perfect vacation spot!

Great place for relaxing, fishing ,hunting

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Lots of room inside and out to enjoy this hidden gem. Located on Netley Creek in Petersfield with a private beach to enjoy all the outdoors and if the weather is not perfect enjoy the pool table, shuffle board and dart board inside. Ample parking. Boat dockage available with a local boat launch And if you are into hunting or fishing the marsh is only a short boat ride away. The house is set up as a duplex and we live in the other side.

Relax in a cozy, beach-inspired cottage, only a couple blocks from downtown, the boardwalk and beach. The cottage comfortably sleeps 4 adults, with a queen-size bedroom and queen-size trundle bed in the living room. During the summer, the guest cottage also sleeps two guests.
