Perfect apartment, central location and close to everything. We used the apartment as a base for a cycling weekend, apartment was clean, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Rebecca was very responsive and really helpful. Can’t recommend the apartment enough.

I had a wonderful stay at Jo’s studio apartment! The place was clean, and everything was just as shown in the pictures. The apartment was well-equipped with all the essentials, making my stay comfortable and hassle-free. Jo was an amazing host and very graciously allowed me to check in early, which made my trip so much easier. The neighborhood was also quiet yet. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay in Derby.

Steve gave plenty of instructions about how to access the Air BnB before we even arrived but on top of that gave us step by step instructions over the phone upon our arrival of how to get the keys and get into the apartment itself. He was very knowledgeable about the area of Nottingham and suggested a few things we could do as a group of lads! Would 100% stay again!

Very clean and nice place. I walk bare foot and there is simply not a slightest clue of dust. Place is perfect, near all high streets, shopping centre and has good view of city. Heater works rapid and warm, bed is comfortable. A very good experience.

Lovely private annex - was just what we needed. WiFi was here and there but Rob was so quick to respond and helped us within 10 minutes of messaging. Comfy bed, everything you need in the kitchen and lovely little living area. A short walk from where we needed to be. Would definitely stay again

Great place to stay - I was looking for a quiet place and this fit the bill. Things are clean, and cozy. Andrew is very responsive which I appreciated.

What you see is what you get. We booked this accommodation simply as a place to lay our heads for 2 nights during a weekend event. Being a group of 6 lads (dropping from 7 only days earlier) we were easily satisfied given that there were plenty of warm comfortable beds on hand and despite it being a little chilly on arrival, we adjusted the heating easily and it was just right. With a full spread of kitchen facilities, ample Wifi and TV coverage on offer as well as additional bathroom facilities on top of those mentioned- we were more than content. Location wise it's fantastic; we were able to walk to the local stores within 5 or so minutes and pick up extra bits and we were only a short drive from the main Nottingham City area. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention some concerns over damp in the main bathroom that were offered by some of our group, but the house itself was very clean. An older house with a few upgrades; it's perfectly comfortable for a few days stay.

Sweena was really responsive and helpful as we had to make the booking very last minute. She really helped us out when we needed it.

A beautiful cottage within easy commutable distance from Nottingham. Private in a gorgeous area with places to walk and relax. Jo and Steve were perfect hosts, gave us all relevant information, really responsive but also gave us privacy. Gorgeous accommodation in fantastic condition with everything we needed for a stay away from home. We will be coming back and would recommend to anyone who wants a rural retreat close to the city.

Just wanted to say what a wonderful weekend we had staying at Ellington house. Helen went out of her way with information about the house and location before we arrived and the house itself was very impressive. The pictures do not do it justice. The location is perfect to get into Nottingham city center and the surrounding area is full of rich history. I highly recommend a stay the the Ellington to anyone visiting Nottingham and needed that extra bit of room. Thanks Helen for the perfect weekend to celebrate my Mothers birthday.

We have had a wonderful stay at Penn Hill this week. Jo and Richard were friendly, warm and welcoming and we were made to feel right at home. The location and house are stunning and we have already booked to go back again!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was perfect—clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. The location was peaceful and ideal for us, making it a great place to relax. David was an excellent host—very responsive and available whenever we needed anything. The late checkout was a wonderful bonus and made our departure stress-free. Highly recommend staying here—5/5!

After travelling from Canada, Shaun made sure every need was met to help us feel comfortable for when we arrived. We loved the location and my elderly mother commented on how comfortable she felt during our 2 week stay. The area was quiet and the home was modern, spacious, and clean with everything we could ever want and need. Thank you for a great experience!

Great stay within the city centre, everythings within walking distance

Steve is a great host! Extremely helpful for any questions you may have and has great knowledge of the are for recommendations on what to do! The apartment was perfect for us and is in a great area especially being above the Victoria centre so easy access for meals and basic amenities!

I want to say Davids apartment is perfect , the flat is layed out perfectly , feels super homely with all nice bits left their like books and art on the walls , quite , very comfy bed in main bedroom with a really cool walk in wardrobe which I really liked. David very responsive and friendly. kitchen very spacious with everything nothing missed . thanks so much !

Steve was great!He was incredibly helpful, made sure everything was perfect, easy enough check in and always communicating throughout our stay with local shop closing times and other info i.e restaurants etc. Apartment was clean quiet and very peaceful with easy access as-well.I would without a doubt highly recommend Steve’s accommodations to anyone and will certainly be staying there again in the future.

Great place to stay if you’re in or around Nottingham, Airbnb is located in the centre and has many different amenities close by including a big shopping centre, pubs, clubs and more. Steve has amazing communication and makes sure you know exactly how to find the Airbnb along with offering a list of places to go whilst you’re in Nottingham. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.

Steve couldn't have been a better host. From Arrival to Departure steve provided us with all of the information we could need for the area, guided us to parking and our flat and showed us everything to ensure we had everything. Would 100% Reccommend choosing this apartment and would definetely book in future
