Peaceful, private, perfect home from home

Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

Spacious Annex/semi detached retreat near the Peak District, perfect for families & groups. Sleeps 8 set in peaceful surroundings. Unwind in your private hot tub (let us know if you need tub heating up) no restrictions- Ideal for celebrating & making memories. This annex is half the house shown in main photograph own kitchen, living/dining room, second lounge, 1 single room, 2 double rooms, 1 double en-suite room you walk through this room to access 1 double & 2 single beds in attic family room

Wollaton Park Studio, Nottingham

A spacious lounge with double bed and large leather sofa, chairs. HD TV & a Bose Bluetooth music speaker. The Studio is private and totally separate from the main house. Own Small Kitchen with Sink, Fridge, Twin Hotplates and a Microwave Oven. Shower and Toilet with Hand Wash Basin. The Studio is a 10 minute bus ride from the city centre but in a quiet leafy area and is only a five minute walk from Wollaton Park. Private off road parking is provided for guests right next to the studio entrance.

A lovely 4 bedroom detached house set over three floors, in the historic market town of Southwell in Nottinghamshire. Cedar Place is designed for the comfort of our guests and benefits from an enclosed garden with wooden shelter and outdoor seating, a large private drive area, 4 good sized bedrooms, full cooking and dining facilities, a comfortable lounge with plenty of seating, an en-suite shower room and a master bathroom with bath and shower. The Old Stable, a secluded annex in Langar

A relaxing place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir for up to four guests. With country walks and great village pubs in the surrounding area and close proximity to Langar Hall Hotel. The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Belonging once to the house next door where William LEE invented the Stocking Frame in 1589. Ideally situated within minutes of the village pubs and beautiful countryside walks it is close to many local attractions & wedding venues.
