On offer is the top storey of our house, 3x bedrooms, shower room, separate toilet, lounge with kitchenette and balcony. Our property has 24 acres of paddocks and Manuka forest bordered by the beautiful Buller and Gowan rivers and National Park. Large Park like garden. The Woodsman's Den is a 2 bedroom guesthouse set in your own private corner of our 10 acre property. An amazingly secluded haven that looks out on lush native forest. A relaxing space to retreat to after a day of exploring, Applegirth offers an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area; a separate bedroom with Single bed; a mezzanine level with Queen sized bed and a bathroom with shower over bath, and washer. A Sofa Bed in the lounge can also be utilised upon request. In the lounge is a music station , and selection of games. Outside on the verandah is a covered BBQ and seating area where you can relax and listen to the birdsong.

St Arnaud is a peaceful alpine village. Excellent location for lake activities, bush walks, adventurous tramping expeditions, mountain biking and accessing Rainbow Ski Field. The Bach is located within an easy 8 minute walking distance to the shop & petrol station, 12 minutes walk to the lake and 14 minutes walk to the Nelson Lakes DOC Visitor Centre. Spend time walking, biking, boating or skiing. Then relax in the calm, cosiness of the Bach.

Stargazer's Cabin is located on the back of the property at Nelson Lakes Homestay. It has one bedroom, a lounge, and a kitchen. Nelson Lakes Homestay is adjacent to Nelson Lakes National Park and Te Araroa Trail, just 4 km from St Arnaud and beautiful Lake Rotoiti. Enjoy spectacular mountain views among expansive grounds with native gardens and native birds. And on clear nights, view the Milky Way in stunning clarity!

Our log cabin is located on a 50acre lifestyle farm in a hidden valley an hour south of Nelson and 40 minutes north of Murchison. It is peaceful and private with stunning mountain views and space to relax. With no traffic noise, the only sounds you will hear are the native birdsong and the Hope River running gently beside the property. NO Discrimination - everybody is welcome here.
