Great spot away from the PCB craziness. Very quiet and private backyard with a talk fence. Family loved! Totally recommend it.

Trey was a very proactive host! We appreciated how easy check-in was and how beautiful the property was as well as the pool and hot tub which were very enjoyable and clean. We also loved how spacious the house was and how safe we felt in the neighborhood.

Great place to stay. No complaints! She was a message away when needed. Hope to book again!

This was a spur of the moment trip for us to see family that live in the area. I was able to get a reservation quickly. Carrie made the process so easy and gave clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Any questions or concerns we had she answered very promptly. They made us feel that we were at home. Home was clean and all linens were spotless no stains or tears in them. They had shampoo/conditioner etc. in the bathroom. All kitchen utensils/cookware was available for our use. Great place if you have kids with the pool and game room or just adults needing to get away from it all. Door dash and Walmart delivery make it so that you don't even have to leave the property unless you just want to go special places. Definitely will stay here again in the future.

Amazing place and perfect for any type of getaway. Very close to beaches and multiple walkable restaurants. Her place is perfect for a big group and comfortably sleeps everyone. Great spacious patio to sit out on during the day and enjoy the sun. I would recommend to anybody looking to visit Panama City Beach.

The house was just as described!!! Perfect for large family. My husband and I took our 3 grown children, their spouses and our 20 month old grand baby. There was plenty of room for all of us to feel like we had privacy and space. We enjoyed the pool in the backyard and the community pool. There is a walkway/bikeway/scooter way to get to the beach that is just down the street from the house. But with the toddler, we found it easier to drive to the public beach access that’s just a short drive away. The walk was shorter since there’s just so much to pack to the beach with a toddler!! The house was well equipped with beach chairs, beach umbrella, a wagon, and beach toys. We did purchase a cheap plastic baby pool that we found very convenient at the beach to keep the toddler contained and in the shade of an umbrella. We left it in the garage for others to use. Just pour a few buckets of ocean water and some toys in it!! The kitchen was well equipped. There was even a bottle of wine!!

Evacuated from idalia after learning we would not have power for weeks. We found refuge there last minute and the time between booking and checkin was within hours of each other. Very responsive very kind. The home was perfect. Lots of room. The separate pool house was ideal for our teenagers. I was so grateful just for power but this home far exceeded that.

Great house, pool house was a great amenity, comfortable and clean. Plenty of space for a large family. Loved the pool, and great outdoor space. Beautiful park only 1 mile away, with boat launch and swimming area with a small beach and nice playground. 5 star.

Jamie’s house was perfect for our vacation. We loved being able to walk to the beach and having a raw oyster bar right down the street. We appreciated that Jamie’s house was dog friendly and had a fenced in backyard. We enjoyed a nice relaxing time and getting away from northern snow country for awhile.

If you’re looking for a quiet beach getaway, this is absolutely the place to stay! Loved the area, lots of yummy food, peaceful/not crowded beach, plenty of space for all the family. The host was kind and quick to respond plus his guide was helpful throughout our stay. We didn’t have any issues with the house and hope to visit again in the future. Lovely vacation for myself, my sister and her child, my elderly mother, and my pup!! Also, the outdoor shower was fantastic in helping keep sand out of the house.

This is our 2nd time staying at Zenghai’s place and we enjoyed it as much as the first time. This visit, we were 3 couples, so each couple had a private room + bath. Importantly, the kitchen was well-equipped and the DR had a large table, which worked well for group meals. The house was spotless and the beach, a short walk away, was lovely. Hope to return again!

Great spot and location. Close to windmark beach. Very spacious, clean and well decorated unit. Port St Joe is very laid back with beautiful beaches. Community amenities were good - heated pool, local gym, pizza restaurant, liquor store, etc. Property met our expectations and Neil was very responsive. Also - having bikes and beach chairs was appreciated. The one sticking point - I would have liked to have a propane grill but only a charcoal one was provided. Other than that a very enjoyable vacation!

We went for a quick weekend trip for my husband’s birthday and it was great! We would’ve stayed a whole week there if we could have! Cozy, peaceful, clean, cold a/c, and a quick walk away from the beach even with little ones! It was just right! Easy check in! Let us checkout late for no fee (which was HUGE to us as we wanted every minute we could have here)! Would definitely recommend this home and would love to visit again! The community pool was not clean although it was “cleaned that morning”. However that is not the home owners fault and we preferred the beach anyways! Just wanted to clarify for any who HAVE to have a nice pool for your stay!

Had a great stay. The house was clean, the host was very helpful and I was able to bring my boat and dock it. I will be coming back soon

Our stay was amazing. The location was directly across the road from the beach.. We watched amazing sunsets. It was a dream come true. Will was great to work with. He quickly answered all of our questions! He is a new friend in our book!

We PCSed to Panama City and stayed at this air B& B. We felt right at home and extremely comfortable. The hosts are very responsive with anything we asked or needed. They had a lot of items for their guests to use like bikes and beach chair unfortunately we didn’t use them because we were busy and the weather was not beach weather. Great place and great hosts. We left a little Puerto Rico trinket on the guest table with the guess book and Map. 😁

We had a great stay. Had an issue that quickly resolved. The location is a block from the lagoon and an easy walk to the beach. Several restaurants within walking distance. If bringing your pet, beach access #5 you can take your dog for a walk on the beach and there’s restrooms and free parking. 3 min drive or about a 12 min walk. Youcan also bring Fido to St. Andrews park but not allowed on the beach. There was a beach wagon, chairs and umbrella and beach towels

This space was wonderful! Felt right at home and comfy, plus it was very clean and well kept. The host(s) were very nice, communicated well, and understanding. I would definitely book a stay if/when I return back to PCB! 10/10 honestly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Blanca. We had every possible amenity waiting for us, the home was in perfect condition, clean and well appointed. I had inquired with Lourdes about golf cart rentals and she recommended a local company that was excellent - reasonably priced and provided great service. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! Beds were very comfortable and our preteeen girls loved the loft area upstairs, their own private space complete with cute spiral staircase. Adorable decor, gorgeous outdoor spaces, easy access to beautiful beaches, it was a perfect vacation. We can’t wait to return!

We had a great time. The host is very responsive and answered any questions we had promptly. The house is just as described and we love the fact that it is off to itself. The beach is a short walk and the area is very quiet and peaceful. Now there are a lot of stairs but we needed the exercise anyway😁 Would definitely stay here again!

The house was great. Also loved the tropical five minute walk to the beach. The house was very clean, quiet, very private, no bright lights anywhere and so comfortable. Hosts were so helpful and friendly. The house was also very well supplied. Thank you for a great stay.

My family came to visit PCB for the very first time. Sandi exceeded my expectations with her fast response, clear instructions, beautiful/comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay. The Jacuzzi was very relaxing. I love the decor in the home and the beach was very nice. Overall we decided to make this an annual trip and hope that we are able to book with Sandi again. Also the convenience of the home to everything as far as stores and restaurant was perfect. Thank you again for allowing us to vacay here.

Loved this Airbnb! Looked exactly like the photos. Enough space for a family of 7. Neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. Loved the backyard pool with privacy fence. 10/10 would recommend!
