Patrice’s place was SO beautiful. Cute condo and nice amenities. The pool was brand new and everyone was really nice. Patrice was also very helpful and kind about everything!

We enjoyed the great view and sound of the ocean from the living area. Getting onto the beach is quick, and the provided beach gear is excellent. The condo was spotless and well decorated. It was also well equipped with everything you would expect. The reserved covered parking spot near the elevator was a nice perk. Our host was extremely responsive. We hope to stay again!

We had an amazing stay at Simon's place! We could not ask for a better host or stay. He was very pleasant, quick to respond and informative. The house was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Plenty of room for our boat and trailer. The neighborhood was peaceful and close to everything. We highly recommend staying here and will most definitely be back!

Beautiful airbnb. The space was clean, new and well thought out. Great walkable neighborhood, and easy walking distance to a great pizza place, well stocked convenience store and the beach. The pool was the saving grace on a surf trip with not great surf. Loved the place, just wish you didn’t have to walk through the second bedroom to access the third bedroom

Maria’s spot in Nettles was ideal for our family. The house had everything you could possibly need, with amazing amenities and lots to do near by. There was even champagne and snacks waiting for us which was amazing after a flight delay. The golf cart was a necessary bonus, as Nettles is a large complex. 10 Out of 10 and we hope to come back.

My family had a great time staying here! Easy quick walk to Jensen, relaxing water views, and quick access to the beach. Highly recommend.

Its 100% worth it to get the golf cart. The private parking and access at the beach for us was amazing and so easy to watch the sunrise over the waves. There's plenty to do on the island like pickleball or tennis, swim in the heated pool or lounge in the hot tubs. We had a great time. The home was cozy and inviting. Make sure you turn on the water heater ASAP to give it enough time to warm up. We went in January with high winds and temps as low as 50°s at night and up to more comfortable 70°s during the day. Over all we loved it and would definitely return for a longer stay.

The owners live locally and respond to questions immediately. My family really enjoyed our stay at this property.

We had great communication with Tammie. Her place is wonderful. We loved using the golf cart to go to restaurants and bars that are so close to the house. It was an easy one block walk to the beach and jetty park and the pool is a big plus. We would definitely come back again.

Perfect home for a getaway from the PNW. Quaint town, and so quiet. Loved the pool, and the grounds were spotless. Home was the perfect size, and had everything we needed for our stay. Beds were very comfy! Thank you for having us!

Very enjoyable, relaxing stay. Friendly community with a great community pool area with private beach access. Also, there are beach access points about every couple hundred yards, our favorite was Bathtub Beach. Pineapple Palace had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and easy access to anything we needed, stores, shops, groceries only minutes away. And the Manatees frolicking in the intracoastal just off the patio offered added enjoyment. We will certainly be back if traveling back to that area. Being in the hospitality business ourselves, NERENT, Tom meets or exceeds our personal high standards for accommodations and his passion for Windmill Village/Hutchinson Island certainly backs up his commitment to guest satisfaction, strongly suggest giving them a visit!

We had an, albeit ahort, very pleasant stay. I'll miss the sound of the sea forever. The appartment has everything uou need to enjoy a beach vacation, the heated pool on the resort was amazing. It's woth noting that thia property is only four stories high, unlike most of the behemooths on that location, thia gives a sense of privacy and coziness that gets lost otherwise.

We previously lived in the area. We came back to visit family and friends. Cody's place was an amazing place for us to stay!! He has the best set-up for everything and any situation for your stay. If you just want to relax by the pool, or play ping pong with your kids. They had everything we were looking for in a vacation spot that we could hope for!! Highly recommend this place for anyone!! Definitely would be a repeat customer for him when we come back!!

House was just as shown in pictures and descriptions. Its a kitsch vintage mobile home, very fun to stay at. Randy has everything you need already there, coffee pods, sandwich bags, washing detergent, air freshener, shampoo, soap, dish detergent etc. beach supplies, chairs. Floats, umbrella. Has a full size washer dryer, comfy mattress. Great water pressure and very hot water, Very clean. We rented the golf cart extra to get around the cute neighborhood, has pool, tennis, pickleball, hot tub and across the street is the beach access and other pool. Houses are very close together, but it was very quiet. We would def come back!

David was a kind and attentive Host. Responded immediately to any questions before we arrived and while we were there. His home was perfect and we felt at home immediately.. You won't be disappointed with his Air BnB home. Cheers

We had a wonderful stay here! We would definitely come back again. Poldi is so kind and responsive. She wanted to ensure everything was fabulous for us. The only thing that I didn’t think was clear in the pictures is that the room with the day bed is not accessible from inside the house. It’s an outdoor addition. We were going to have that room be for our baby but had to make adjustments so she wasn’t outside alone. Other than that, it’s a fantastic location close to a private beach. You can drive right up to the private entrance. Highly recommend!

Very great stay! The condo had everything we needed and more! (beach chairs, tennis rackets, beach umbrellas lots of beach towels) this place looks even better in person! We had 4 young adults staying here and there was plenty of room for us. Full kitchen that was stocked with everything you needed to make your meals including some pantry staples (spices, sugar, coffee filters). There are 3 pools at this property which was great! The neighborhood felt safe and secure, the grounds and amenities here are all well taken care of. The memory foam pullout couch was surprisingly comfortable. The ocean in this area is Gatorade blue! I’ve been to South East Florida many times and have never seen that before. Overall great experience, would definitely stay again!

The Mint Manatee was the perfect spot for a visit to Jensen Beach. The home itself is beautiful and it was fun to watch the goings on in the canal from the massive windows or back deck. The ocean side pool surrounded by palm trees was an oasis. The dog area is just a quick walk away. Pam was a friendly and always quickly responsive host.

Awesome place with awesome views, the host was sooo amazing, she was always there when we had any concerns or quiestions. We loved the place in every way. It was very quiet, extremely clean, and we had all the appliances needed making our stay so much better. We would definitely recommend this place to whoever wants to stay in a quien place with an amazing host!

We had a great time staying at John’s place. House is located in a very quite, scenic location. It was clean and had all the basic amenities to make our stay comfortable. Was Perfect for our family of four. John is a great host, very friendly, kind and punctual on the responses. We love to grill when on vacation, so John made sure the grill was working properly and clean before our arrival. Best part of the stay was the dock access across the road. We spent 3-4 hours everyday on the dock, grilling and spending quality time with the family. Beautiful setup if you are in to photography! Overall, we loved the place and will stay here again for sure. Thanks John!

Tiffany is one the best host I’ve ever met. She is very kind and understanding, and she was always available whenever we had a question. The place is awesome and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay so much and we definitely will consider this place in our next trip!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! This home was larger than I expected — plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. It worked perfectly for our family and it was also ideal for the grandparents. The layout is very accessible, and everything was thoughtfully arranged to make it easy for all ages to enjoy. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful with any questions we had, which made the experience even better. We would definitely love to come back — highly recommend for families or anyone looking for a comfortable getaway!
