Ein ehemaliger Dachboden in einem charmanten Altbau wurde 2016 zu einem Studio mit Liebe zum Detail ausgebaut. Es findet sich darin kaum etwas, was es so zu kaufen gibt. Über einen kleinen Dachaustritt blickt man über die Dächer von Nürnberg. In dem gemütlichen und einzigartigen Raum fühlt man sich einfach zu Hause und kann die Ruhe genießen. Zentral und dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen, erreicht man mit der U-Bahn in 10 Minuten das Zentrum von Nürnberg.

The main market as the central square of Nuremberg can be reached in just 200 m, and the historic Imperial Castle is only 400 m away, just a stone's throw away. The exhibition center and other sights can be reached quickly via the Lorenzkirche underground station.
