Our house is located in a quiet area, yet close to the city center and tourist attractions. Kitchen, dining area, living room and a bathroom with shower is located on the first floor. On the second floor, four bedrooms, a second living room, washing room and a bathroom with showers and bathtub is located. Spacious garden with trampoline, table tennis, lounge group and large dining table. Snooker table (2nd floor) and garden games. Football field/ice skating rink next to the property

Leier ut leiligheten min i perioder jeg ikke selv er hjemme. Stor og hyggelig leilighet med en sentral beliggenhet. Stille og rolig i indre gårdsrom med hyggelig utsyn. Boligen har en åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning hvor man har et fulltutstyrt kjøkken, peis og tv. Hovedsoverom med dobbeltseng, soverom med gjesteseng som kan slåes ut til dobbeltseng. Bad og ekstra toalett. Mulighet for gratis parkering i bakgård på forespørsel, avtalt med meg. Må avtales i god tid Jeg bor her med hund

Koselig kjellerleilighet med fin utsikt (uten TV)

I et vakkert gammelt trehus på en ås, med utsikt delvis mot Oslofjorden, kan du leie en enkel og koselig innredet kjellerleilighet (ca. 50 m2) med egen inngang. Dette er i et fredelig villaområde, i gangavstand til buss som tar deg til Oslo Sentrum på cirka 30 minutter. Utleier bor i samme hus og deler parkering og hage. Huset er lytt, så dette stedet egner seg ikke til fest og bråk, men passer for rolige røykfrie mennesker. Et fint utgangspunkt for å utforske Oslo og omegn!

Nyt en stilfull opplevelse på et sted med sentral beliggenhet. Midt mellom Grünerløkka og Tøyen, godt gjemt i indre gårdsrom, ligger denne skjulte perlen. Leiligheten ligger i en gammel, sjarmerende bygning som ble bygget om til bolig 2011, og rehabilitert i 2024. Leiligheten er bygget slik stuen enkelt kan gjøres om til soverom ved hjelp av en skapseng. Skapsengen vippes enkelt ned til en ferdig oppredd seng på 150 cm. Soverom og stue har egen dør til badet.

Som vert ønsker jeg at gjestene mine skal ha det beste, akkurat som jeg ville ønsket for meg selv. Et eget rengjøringsteam sørger for at alt er rent

The living room is quite large and has an open kitchen space. The private veranda is also perfect for enjoying the sun and the view. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one main bathroom and one WC with a washbasin.
