Mullica River Cottage's Bluebird Cottage is located in the heart of the NJ Pine Barrens in the quaint village of Sweetwater. This quaint and cozy cottage is steps from the Mullica River and 1 mile from Historic Batsto Village and the Sweetwater Riverdeck & Marina. This property offers direct backyard Mullica River access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, canoeing. There are kayaks and a canoe on site available for guest use. Property also has a riverside fire pit with Adirondack chairs.

The Lighthouse - private lock and key room in my home on the third floor with private entrance. Private bath with rain shower. Living area, chair and couch, large closet, reading nook, dining table with 2 chairs. Kitchenette w fridge, toaster oven, coffee maker, pur water filter, dishes, glasses, silver, microwave, dish towels, cleaning supplies. Queen bed with brand new mattress ! Everything you need is here. Provided are clean sheets, pillows, blankets, shower towels, hand towels.

Plus, we’re just a short stroll from the popular Sweetwater Riverdeck and Marina, which is open seasonally and hosts special events throughout the year.

Single-family beach house with 60 foot on water with dock for your 30 foot boat and two floating docks for your JetSki‘s. Ideal for two families up to 8 people overnight. First floor has 27‘ x 29‘ game room with ping-pong table, darts and 55 inch TV. Second floor features an open floor plan between fully equipped kitchen and living room. Also 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The third floor has two bedrooms with Queen bed, bunk beds , Two single beds, one bathroom and laundry room.

Awesome AC to keep you cool and chill minimalist vibes to relax in. A fully upgraded kitchen to whip up a tasty meal or reheat some amazing local food. Marble tile bathroom to get ready for the day.... You will *not* find a more beautiful apartment this close to the beach!

Brand-new AC units throughout! Walk paths at the end of the block, 2 miles to the bay beach, and 1 mile to a plaza with bagels, pizza, a market, and holistic urgent care.
