A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. The Hollies is a large and charming 200-year-old farmhouse next door to the quiet village pub in South Kilworth. Located in the heart of England, just 3 miles from Junction 20 of the M1, South Kilworth is the perfect centre of England stop-off on any long journey between the south & north of England. Six huge double bedrooms, 4 of which are triples, one is a family room with a large double bed and a bunk bed for 2, and a standard double. So 12 beds and the ability to sleep a total of 18 people.

The Stable House, Orchard Studio - beautiful view

The Orchard Studio is the recently renovated annex to the Gate House which is on the grounds of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. It is a double bedroom studio with ensuite shower room and separate living room with kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave and fridge. There are sliding doors onto a private patio with wonderful views over the orchard, and local countryside; there is access to over 20 acres of parkland, paddocks and woodland

The Wood Shed, a self contained one bed cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth, open plan living downstairs with everything you could need; Fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, utensils, plates and glasses, large flat screen smart TV, microwave, extendable dinning table and a luxurious Sofa and arm chair. Having been a Polo Stable Yard years ago the shepherds huts sit in the upper garden area and are all self-contained with their own front doors and En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. All are finished and furnished to a high standard with period features. Secure Parking behind electric gates inside Hunt House grounds. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water and high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.
