The Orchard Studio is the recently renovated annex to the Gate House which is on the grounds of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. It is a double bedroom studio with ensuite shower room and separate living room with kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave and fridge. There are sliding doors onto a private patio with wonderful views over the orchard, and local countryside; there is access to over 20 acres of parkland, paddocks and woodland

Romantic hideaway in peaceful rural setting.

Cyclists, hikers, workers, bird watchers, artists, holiday makers, everyone welcome, but sorry, no pets. Suitable for a close couple or a single person as studio (one room) accommodation. Beautiful views over fields, off the beaten track, a quiet, restful haven to chill out, go walking, biking or drive to country pubs. Canal is approximately 20 minute walk away and the historic jurassic way in half an hour. Cyclists welcome, we have secure storage available. Spot the wildlife all around.

The Cosy Retreat in the historic village of Cotesbach offers a charming and tranquil escape for guests. The accommodation has been beautifully renovated and features a private English cottage garden, a great sun trap. ‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for one to four people. It has a large, light and airy main living area with a double bed and sofa bed (which can be made up to a single or double). A small but well equipped kitchen area is available, and a cosy lounge/dining area which provides flexible options during your stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Having been a Polo Stable Yard years ago the shepherds huts sit in the upper garden area and are all self-contained with their own front doors and En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. All are finished and furnished to a high standard with period features. Secure Parking behind electric gates inside Hunt House grounds. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water and high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.
