Pricing is per bedroom; $144/night for 1 bedroom accommodating 1-2 guests. Additional $87/night for a second bedroom for 3-4 guests. A Tax of approximately 6% is added to this pricing. Located on a dead-end gravel road, 1.5 miles to hard surface road. There is a house behind the cottage where one person lives. Construction completed in 2020, has a deck, a 2-acre pond, 15 acres cleared, woods to wander in, walking distance to Otter River, 19 miles to Houghton, 13 miles to Baraga on Lake Superior.

Low monthly rate. Small and cozy 20ft shipping container w/ concrete patio 3 miles from Houghton. Outdoor sitting space. Plenty of parking. Small refrigerator freezer combo. Small oven fits 12-in pizza. Keurig coffee maker, K-Cups provided. 2 burner hot plate. 3/4 bathroom. Pull down FULL size (NOT Queen) Murphy bed with attached table when up. Pots, pans, silverware, dishes and cups provided. Good drinking water from faucet. Bed linens and towels provided. Wi-Fi and smart TV. NO TV carrier.

Otter House

Otter House is a beautifully appointed log cabin in the trees overlooking Otter Lake. It is comfortably furnished with a well equipped kitchen. The lakefront has a small beach, 3 kayaks, a canoe, hammocks and a fire pit. Otter Lake is a tranquil spot with great fishing and very little boat traffic. Canoe up the Otter River or Kayak down to the dam. You will see eagles, beavers, turtles, loons, geese and if you're lucky an otter. There is a parking pad for your RV or trailer.

Close to Michigan Tech Univ., Mine tours, Waterfalls and other Historical Landmarks. Visit Lake Superior just 6 miles away. Pick Agates or Yooper Lights at Agate Beach. Ride the ATV / Snowmobile trails from Copper Harbor to the Porcupine Mountains.

Driftwood Cottage-10 mins from Houghton

Take it easy at this unique location. Relax on Lake Superior while enjoying 700 feet private lake shore. Unit is located upstairs, with passage thru the garage. Close to the city of Houghton, along with close proximity to the snowmobile trails. Our property consists of a Finnish sauna, screened in porch, outside kitchen, fire pits, outdoor games. Located on the water with amazing sunsets and the possibility of northern lights. Come walk our amazing beach.

This studio space is all fresh and new, located in west Hancock. Parking is easily accessible with a ground floor entryway. Downtown Hancock and Houghton are just minutes away. Located near the Hancock beach. If you aren't a camper but enjoy the day activities come and stay with all the luxuries of home. Studio size kitchen and a king size bed. We just added a heater/ air conditioner that is adjustable by the guest. The feedback has been great!

Located just two blocks away from the trail and within walking distance of a park, gas station, restaurants and bars. Approximately 5 miles from Houghton, 20 miles from Agate Beach and Misery Bay, and an hour from Copper Harbor and the Lake of the Clouds. This is the perfect place for your Copper Country getaway!

The Retro Roost: Walk to MTU and Downtown Houghton

- Walking distance to MTU campus, Jim's grocery store, downtown Houghton, and 20 miles of ski/bike/hike trails - Retro, cozy and private one-bed/bath unit with a kitchenette and attached garage Park in the garage and walk directly into the unit! Hosts Adam and Jana live upstairs with their family and dogs. There is a cot, and a fold out couch in addition to a queen size bed, for extra sleepers, if needed.

Superior Sunset Getaway

Enjoy beautiful sunsets over lake superior from the back door. With 150' of water frontage, but access to about a mile worth's of shoreline you can relax with walks along the beach, sitting by a fire or grilling in the outdoor space. There is also a trout stream that flows into a pond where the local kids and resident bald eagles enjoy fishing. This 2 bedroom 2 bath home is located 15 minutes from Houghton.
