Downstairs has 2 beautiful double rooms & bathroom. Free off-road parking for 2 cars Close to north & south coast beaches, Heligan, Charlestown & Eden are all a 20 minute drive. Great dog walks/cycling

Tremayne Barn - Rural Stone Barn in Cornwall

Tremayne Barn is luxurious and cosy, set in a lovely rural location close to numerous stunning beaches (15-20 min). It's centrally placed for both the north and south coasts for swimming, surfing, outings and walking the coastal path. A30, Padstow and NQ airport are all 10 min away. You’ll love its contemporary but homely atmosphere, the tranquility, the warm welcome, the pretty setting. Great for couples and small families ideal too for mid-season walking holidays and cosy winter breaks.

The Piggery cottage dog friendly central location

The Piggery is a lovely, cosy holiday cottage which is equipped to a high standard. There is adjacent parking and a private seating area outside. Free WiFi is available as well as Freeview TV. The location is peaceful and rural with the added bonus of easy access to the North and South coast, the A30 just 2 miles away. Visitor attractions in the local area includeThe Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, Bodmin Jail and the Port of Charlestown. A maximum of two small dogs are welcome free of charge.

Swallow Cottage

Swallow Cottage is centrally located in a quiet village but not far from many popular attractions. There are two bedrooms, shower room, well equipped kitchen/diner open plan lounge. There is a pub and village store (open until late!) within easy walking distance Sticker is on the edge of the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, and within easy driving distance of Charlestown, Heligan Gardens and the Eden Project. The nearest beach is within a short drive of 10 minutes. We welcome dogs. (Max 2)

Little Tom's Cottage, St Blazey

A beautiful 1 bedroom stone cottage set in the heart of 2 acres of private and tranquil surrounding. Perfect for romantic getaways, hiking holidays or simply a place to relax and unwind. Situated less than 10 minutes drive from the famous Eden Project and within easy reach of the beautiful harbour towns of Fowey, Charlestown and Mevagissey. Walkers can enjoy the beautiful coastal paths with many pubs and restaurants along the way. Bus routes and Par Railway Station are within a mile.

Studio by Eden Project/ Knightor Winery

A fresh, vibrant, comfortable space for a couple to stay while exploring Cornwall. Located in a tranquil village connected to The Eden Project via walking / cycling trails, walking distance from Knightor Winery and with loads of scenic walks on the doorstep. We are handily located for the stunning beaches of St Austell Bay and a 30 minute drive from Newquay's surf beaches. The harbour village of Charlestown is three miles away and we are within easy reach of the Lost Gardens of Heligan.

Krowji means ‘cottage’ or ‘cabin’ in Cornish and is a timber-framed single-storey build next to our 300 year old cottage. A cosy, yet light and airy retreat for two, Krowji is located at the end of a private lane in Carlyon Bay, just a 20 minute walk from the bustling historic harbour of Charlestown. Krowji offers off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed outdoor courtyard with seating areas. * Please note, although at the end of a quiet lane, we are next to the main rail line.

Unique and perfectly situated coastal retreat

Unwind and relax in this historic gem of a home. There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. You'll be surrounded by trees, bird song and the constant sound of running water and the sight of our resident heron by the waterfall. The mill lies in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in Daphne du Maurier country, on the Fowey estuary.

This light and airy accommodation is attached to our family home (you may hear us from time to time), with the convenience of private parking, private entrance and private courtyard, overlooking the lawn. It's designed to provide a comfortable home-from-home experience with all the amenities you'll need whilst in Cornwall exploring or having a welcome break!

The Den is nestled away in a private setting in the heart of Cornwall. Warm, bright and fully equipped on the inside and with outside seating areas for alfresco dining on those pleasant evening’s. The Den has everything needed for a relaxing get away. Located just a ten minute drive away from The Eden Project and Charlestown with a selection of restaurants and pubs. The rugged north Cornish coast is less than 15 miles away with breathtaking coastal walks and beaches aplenty.

Bootlace Cottage in Tywardreath

This special place is a converted cobbler's shop opposite a church in the heart of the historic village of Tywardreath, which boasts a wonderful pub and shop. Fowey, the Eden Project and Charlestown are all just a short drive away. This charming cottage is self-contained and is within walking distance to Par Beach and Par Station. The fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need and there is an outside terrace to enjoy your morning coffee and a sundowner.
