The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

The Compass Loft is a newly refurbished, UPSTAIRS garage apartment with a vintage/boho/travel theme and is 3 blocks from TSU. The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance so the only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs if we are on our way to the garage. The studio style floor plan has a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a sink, Keurig, microwave, toaster and mini fridge to hold your leftovers. We also have EV charger if needed.

Kick back and relax in this tranquil, stylish home on Lake Granbury. This 2 bed/2 bath lakefront cottage sleeps up to 6 and features a private hot tub w/water view, fishing dock, and firepit. Located about 1hr from DFW between Granbury (7.4 mi) and Weatherford (18.5 mi) this cozy home is a perfect escape, but still close enough to shopping and restaurants.

Our charming place is nestled on a canal offering peaceful kayaking or fishing. With a boat ramp 5 houses down launch your boats with ease and tie them off at our dock. We have tied up a boat and two wave runners with room to spare. We have plenty of board games and a fire pit to keep the fun going into the evening. Our house offers three bedrooms. The master boasts a jacuzzi tub for a relaxing way to unwind.
