The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

Feel at home in this 3 bedroom, two full bath home with free parking for up to 4 vehicles in the driveway and street parking as well. This home offers 1 king, 1 queen, 3 Twins, and a sofa to accommodate 8 guests comfortably. It has central heat and air, and a full size washer and dryer and everything to throw in a load of laundry. The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, coffee pot, and essential kitchen tools and appliances. Pets allowed w/fee. Must message for required pre approval.

The Compass Loft - Studio Near TSU with EV Charger

The Compass Loft is a newly refurbished, UPSTAIRS garage apartment with a vintage/boho/travel theme and is 3 blocks from TSU. The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance so the only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs if we are on our way to the garage. The studio style floor plan has a private bathroom and a kitchenette with a sink, Keurig, microwave, toaster and mini fridge to hold your leftovers. We also have EV charger if needed.

Located on our property, you'll have access to our private backyard and all of its amenities including a workout space, koi pond, fireplace and grill. Sit on the private patio and watch the amazing sunrise & sunset! We do live on the property, but The Rustic Roost is secluded & has a separate driveway straight to the front porch! We are equipped with WIFI & a streaming stick tv. We do live in the country so there are random critters that frequent our property.
