Located on a quiet rural road just 7 miles north of Stephenville, this newly remodeled home is on a pond and has wooded acreage. The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

The Compass Loft is a newly refurbished, UPSTAIRS garage apartment with a vintage/boho/travel theme that reflects the spirit of our other Compass listings and is 3 blocks from TSU. The Compass Loft has it's own private entrance. The only time our paths might cross are in the driveway or at the base of the stairs. The RV is equipped with an all seasons insulation package, cool in the summer and warm in the winter months. Located next to our home’s extended patio. You’re own private driveway and entrance for convenient access. You’re welcomed with delicious chocolate chip cookies! I personally clean and detail the space so it is spotless for each and every guest!
