Extendable corner set sofa in the living room is suitable for 1-2 persons, while the central dining table is extendable for six. Our guests can easily relax in the apartment as it offers three smart LED TVs, air-conditioning, underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, fully functional kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, kettle, coffee machine, and an extensive selection of kitchen utensils. Spacious terrace is perfect for relaxation on four loungers, for having early breakfast or a romantic dinner while enjoying the sea view, and the scent of the sea, pine and cypress trees. There is a public parking space in front of the apartment, which is partly free of charge. Beaches, walking trails and parks are all close, together with shops, cafes and bars. It has 1 bedroom ( double bed), living room ( couch - made into 1 double bed), kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies. Apartment is situated above the historical center of Dubrovnik in the residential area called Ploce, only 300 m walk from the entrance of the Old Town and approximately 5 minutes by foot from the most famous beach in Dubrovnik called "Banje"-pebble beach with a great cocktail bar, restaurant, water sports and a nightclub. Our house offers a splendid panoramic view of the Old Town, Lokrum island and the open Adriatic sea with the most beautiful sunset ever. The apartment is fully equipped, furnished with a balcony with sea and old town view. Air conditioner, TV, wireless internet, garage parking are included in price. We are always happy to assist our guests with their needs. All guests can use the whole apartment for themselves, its two balconies and the private garage. Udoban jednosoban stan, smješten u lijepom i mirnom okruženju poluotoka Dubrovnika Lapad. Apartman ima prostrani balkon s pogledom na more. Apartman je 150 metara od mora i na minutu je udaljen od šetnice Uvala Lapad! Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad. Ako vam treba parking, molim da najavite!
