Griffin House is an attractive 4 bed house on Bournville Park Estate perfect for families,groups and contractors , It is close to transport links into Birmingham City Centre via bus and trains. The property is 2 mins walk to Manor Park, 5 mins walk to Orthopaedic Hospital and 10mins to local Town Centre It is 3 miles to QE hospital and University of Birmingham. Local attractions are Cadbury World and Lickey Hills. It has offstreet Parking and it is short drive to to motorway M42 and M5

The Annexe - 2 bedroom - QE, University, Cricket

The Annexe is a newly renovated, self contained suite. Attached to our house but with its’ own entrance the space has 2 comfortable bedrooms with space to work or study (with wifi). There is a newly fitted bathroom along with a well equipped kitchen and relaxing sitting room. We live on site and so can be on hand to offer advice if desired. 5 minutes walk to the University main gate. We are a 25 minute walk to the QE hospital and Edgbaston cricket ground and well served for taxis.

Ground floor studio with separate entrance, kitchenette and ensuite in a quiet residential area of South Birmingham with great local amenities. Free on road parking outside. Attached to main property but studio is totally private and guests have sole access throughout their stay. Coffee/tea and milk provided. Nearest train station is Pineapple Road - 2 miles, goes to Kings Heath, Moseley and New Street Nearest bus stop to city centre - 5 min walk, number 35.
