Very convenient location for our scheduled golf outing and fishing trips! Just a short distance to old town KW for all the crazy fun, which meant we got to leave the noise behind when we were ready to relax and just spend time with the family on the large back porch and the pool. The place was very clean and felt like home to us for the week that we spent there. Thank you to Sharon for everything.....my entire family is already asking when are we coming back!!!!

Everything was excellent. Only complaint would be the bicycles. One bike was usable but the seat was loose and we didn’t have tools to fix it. The other adult bike’s chain was rusted so bad it wasn’t usable. We still had an excellent experience.

House was nice and clean. Great location perfect for getting to open water. Frank was very helpful and responded quickly with any questions we had. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

We will be back! We loved it! Clean, comfortable with lots of room. We loved being able to keep our boat behind the house and the trailer in the driveway. We loved walking around Keys Colony. The Cabana Club and Sparkys Restaurant were both within walking distance. The kitchen had every gadget you could imagine. The dining table was perfect for dinners and card playing. The beds were comfy. No allergies whatsoever! Thank you so much!!

We loved our stay! The house was super clean and the back patio was beautiful. We loved the back canal area and saw lots of very cool wildlife and enjoyed fishing right there. Having the kayaks to use was also great. Beds were very comfy and the rooms were spacious. The house had everything we needed. We loved the key colony area. The cabana club was a great space and the house is in walking distance to Sunset Beach, which was beautiful. The whole area is super close to fun things to do and great restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was an awesome home for our family of 4 + dog. We felt right at home for the week! The pool was perfectly warm, and the kids had so much fun playing by the dock. We rented a pontoon boat and were able to dock it easily. Honestly, we hardly used the other amenities in the home because the weather was so nice, but if it rained we probably would have loved the game room too! Overall this was a great home for our family. The neighborhood isn’t super walkable, but the grocery store was just down a little footpath, allowing us to walk to get groceries as needed. Loved this!

We didn't know anything about Key Colony so based our reservation strictly on reviews and price. Well worth every penny that was spent. What a wonderful tropical getaway! Can't wait to visit the Keys again with my 4 children and husband. If you're looking for a great place to spread out and enjoy family this should be your rental.

We had a wonderful time staying at Tim’s place! He was an excellent host who was always available if I had a question. The house is in a beautiful location. We enjoyed sitting on and fishing off the dock. The house had everything we needed for a fantastic stay and a very enjoyable vacation. I can’t say enough good things about our experience at the home. We were able to meet Tim and he was a lovely host. Thank you for a great vacation! We hope to come back in the future!

What a great find! Everything we needed was there! Quick walk to everywhere: beach, Duval street fun, restaurants and grocery store. So glad we went with this air bnb and not the hotel we normally go to. Saved so much money. Loved the privacy!

The house was spacious and clean, and we got good use out of the pool and hot tub. Bert requires signing a separate contract after booking on AirBnB, but worked with us to tailor the language. Towels are provided but be prepared to bring most other amenities like shampoo, etc yourself. Also, be aware that Sunrise Drive is a private road and you cannot access the beach there - Sombrero Beach is about a 15 minute walk, but definitely worth the walk!

We all loved the house. Plenty of space, the outdoor patios were a daily hangout, the views were great, what's not to love. The maintenance of the house itself was excellent and it didn't feel like a "rental". Well decorated, not worn down, a bathroom for everyone, it was great. We rented a golf cart to get back and forth from town which was very easy and barely a ten minute drive. We did have a small issue with the pool while there, which apparently is very unusual. It is Key West so it took a few days to get the parts needed. However, Javier was always easy to reach and while he did eventually fix it it was his 'out of the box' thinking and communication on everything that was superbly professional. I understand he manages several properties and we would gladly stay at any of them. With an AirBNB, if something goes wrong and you're far from home all you have to rely on is the owner/manager and you are in excellent hands with Javier. A++ on customer service

Roy was extremely easy to work with and communicated well. He was very responsive with his replies. Highly recommend this location! The family hopes to return again for another stay!

We could not have asked for a better week in the Florida keys! The home was beautiful and relaxing. The guys enjoyed fishing from the canal and the rest of us enjoyed the pool and outdoor kitchen! The location was great and awesome for morning and afternoon bike rides. It’s close to local fishing charters and snorkeling adventures. We enjoyed watching the sunset from the beach access just up the street. This home was also located within a short driving distance from food market which made dining in easy however we did enjoy the local ice cream shop and restaurants check-in and checkout was smooth process and John communicated with us in a timely manner. The only downfall was a week was not long enough! Thanks John for allowing us to enjoy your property!

This was the most perfect Airbnb for our vacation. First of all, Marathon is the perfect location if you are looking to explore multiple parts of the Keys. 1 hour to Key Largo, 1 hour to Key West. We could not have asked for a better location. The home looks just like the photos and was perfect for our family of 4 + our pup. The beds were comfortable, the living space had plenty of room for our crew, but the real show stopper was the pool. If we weren't out and about exploring the Keys, we were definitely in/by the pool! A few added bonuses: (1) K-cups for our use for that first morning. This kept us from having to worry about an emergency grocery store trip the evening of our arrival (2) pool floats available for our use (3) bikes & kayaks for everyone (4) EVERYTHING. We couldn't have asked for better - we will definitely be back!

Everything about Lazaro’s stay was 5 Star!! He was easy and friendly to communicate with and went above and beyond to make our stay a delight. The property itself was perfect. Everything is brand new and it was one of the best stocked places I have stayed, from the decor to the spacious layout to the stocked cabinets. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dogs who enjoyed it very much. The location is on a quiet street in the heart of Marathon with so much close by. Ideal!! Truly a 5 star stay and highly recommended.

This was the most amazing vacation home! It was open and airy, with comfortable beds, a fully stocked kitchen, games in the living room, and thoughtful touches throughout. We absolutely loved the use of the outdoor space, especially the grill and the salt water pool. One of the best things that we weren’t expecting was what a quick walk to Sombrero Beach it was. Five minutes or less and we were on one of the best beaches in the Florida Keys! We also loved how quiet and nice the neighborhood was. As an added bonus, we were very close to both a few wonderful restaurants (castaway, Isla Bella resort, 7 mile grill, dockside, Irie eats to name a few), Publix, and Walgreens. The location was convenient, and our stay overall was perfection. Looking forward to spending some time down in the Keys again soon!!

We had the perfect vacation! Love the location and the amenities of Key Colony Beach. The place was great for relaxing. I only wish we brought our dog..

Our stay at this home was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better—peaceful, relaxing, and right on the water. We spent so much time unwinding on the dock, soaking in the beautiful views and enjoying the gentle ocean breeze. The Marathon area was a fantastic place to explore, offering everything we needed for an unforgettable getaway. We loved being close to state parks for hiking and wildlife spotting, as well as having access to amazing restaurants serving fresh seafood. Bike rentals were nearby, making it easy to explore the area at a leisurely pace. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of relaxation and adventure, this is the place to be!

Perfect place to stay. Can walk everywhere from this location. Staff was always friendly. It's just what we needed! Would definitely go back again in the future!

We loved the townhome. The gardens were beautiful. The location was amazing. The directions were spot on. We did everything in Key West and enjoyed all of our time there. Thank you for opening your townhome and we would highly recommend staying there.

Just want to write an updated review since most of these are older. The previous reviews about the house AC being hot in the downstairs bedrooms has been fixed. The house has two brand new AC units. House was immaculate and in the perfect location with all the amenities you’d need. Only issue we ran into is the Wi-Fi does not work. They are actively working on it but the Sonos speakers did not work outside and the TVs were in and out. All in all this house had everything we needed and more

What a great place! Golf cart ride or walk to the beach, pool, restaurants.... Everything is well kept and clean in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Our stay here was perfect.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Gail was very communicative and the house had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. We saw some manatees from the dock, iguanas, and of course fish. Friendly quiet neighborhood, grocery store close by.
