Relax with your morning coffee on the patio or on the raised pool deck watching the sun rise overlooking the countryside. Enjoy the warm glow of the gas fireplace while watching TV and sitting on the leather reclining loveseat. For the fishermen, you are 5 mins to 2 boat launches that enter the Thames River into Lake St. Clair, ample parking for vehicles, boats, trailers and outside hydro outlets.

Lake St. Clair is known for boating, fishing, fall hunting and winter ice fishing. The Rochester Golf course is close by and we are a short drive to wine country. Not suitable for swimming ,free launch 3 mins up the road. 7-10 mins to LSC from our 130 feet of dock & electricity ,5 mins to Lighthouse Cove by car , popular Musky and Bass fishing . 5 mins to 401 , Groceries, LCBO ,C Tire . 40 mins to Pelee Island Ferry or 40 mins to Point Pelee National Park , wine country .ABSOLUTELY No smoking, Vaping inside but OK outside
