Upstairs - a cosy lounge with Smart TV, sofa, fridge ,microwave- no kitchen.Outside, a small terrace with table & chairs.The Seagrave Arms is just 5 min walk away. Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Your room has an ensuite, double bed with Vispring mattress, table, TV, wifi, kitchenette (microwave, hot plates, toaster, kettle, slow cooker, fridge) and storage. It is a short drive from Broadway and Chipping Campden, Stratford upon Avon, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury It is a 5 minute walk away, the award winning Fleece Inn. The annex comprises of a bathroom with shower and bath, a bedroom with a fridge and kettle and a conservatory with sofa and television. Also a South facing outside patio area to yourselves.
