Watch the sunset from the hot tub or chairs around the fire pit. Wake up and sip coffee from your private deck at each bedroom. My place is on Blue Ridge Parkway on mile post 191.4. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambience, and the views. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets). Two Bed Rooms (One King Size and one Queen size beds) Security Camera; One Camera is pointed at the front door. NO CAMERA POINTED AT THE DECK!!!!!! Hideaway Log Cabin

Unique place has a style all its own. It is private, one year old now and hand worked by owner. NO PETS. Small 350+ sq feet. Open floorplan, no separate bedroom. Large front porch with wooden rockers. Kitchen is very small, with most everything except for oven. Has two small ponds with fish in them loaner poles and tackle in closet no license required. It's in the woods there is wildlife, stream and old growth trees to view. Park style charcoal grill in the yard. Hammock, picnic area at ponds.

The Rock Retreat

This beautiful log cabin, previously known as Indian Creek Cabin, has been an important part of the Hanging Rock Community for many years. It began as the Hanging Rock Outdoor Center. The property is adjacent to the Indian Creek Trail area. It is within a few miles of the Lower Cascade Falls, Dan River, Moore's Spring bike trails, and of course, Hanging Rock State Park. Adventure awaits with ziplining, kayaking, canoeing, and river tubing excursions within minutes of the front door.
